I have been battling with this group for close to a year now. Theresa is responsible for a property in my neighborhood owned by Felix and Khanh. They have rented to tenants who continually run loud vehicles in my neighborhood which was quiet before they came as well has house 6-7 people in the home at any given time. They also use these vehicles to continually do donuts on all intersections and cul de sacs causing a significant safety issue to the community. With the excellent and patient assistance of Corbin Raines my husband and I sold our property. If I could give negative stars for this company I would . I'm not even done dealing with them yet and I already know this will wind up in small claims. Steve Sweany is probably the most unprofessional and obnoxious person I've ever come across in the real estate industry. I've OWNED my home for 22 years and was utilizing Atlas for a temporary rental while purchasing another home through COVID. Paid rent every month on time to get served with a 30 day "no cause "?! If you are renting a property with this company I would suggest taking a video. Pictures are not good enough. They use photos of the house and property that are not true. They nickel and dime you for everything even when it's a very old house and they charge you for things that were already broken or missing when you move in. The lawn was in poor shape when I moved in and the sprinkler system doesn't work well. So I'm being charged for not having the lawn green and full when it wasn't that way when I moved in. They use pictures that did not match the grass when I moved in. I

The people that work here they won't considerate you at all they will try to take every single penny from you, and the contracted manager specially specially Michele Maldonado will take forever to give you an answer or never resolve a problem in this case when they try to charge you double rent after you set up the automatic payment and they won't do nothing about it and if you request for something to fix that would take forever I hope this is the last time I'm with this company and would never recommend to anybody avoid if you u can

Horrible!!! I made an appointment for 10am to see a property. They never showed up!! I called 9 times before they finally answered and Michelle says she forgot! I made another appointment for 1230pm the same day. At 1215pm Michelle calls and says she can't make it.
I am not a fan of people wasting my time! This company has shown to be incompetent at best!! I will happily not do business with them ever!!!

I have seen the conditions of some of the apartments that this company is trying to rent. Some of them are 4 plexes located in a bad neighborhood behind the Stratosphere, that they were renting for $375 per month for a 1 bedroom. They advertised them as a condo near the strip. Their laundry room had holes in the wall, and graffiti. When you walked up the stairs, it felt like they were wobbling and going to break at any time. Beware , they only use independent contractors so if you find out your Property Manager is totally not doing the right thing there is no way he can be disciplined once you find out he is scamming the tenant and you If you find out they did the wrong thing the main phone number operator states the only person you can talk to is him/her because they are independent operators so it's a dead end All you can do is move on to another company but ask and make sure they do not use independent operators

Look out for this company people, I went to them years ago for my very first place to live, they moved me into a nice decent condo for $850.00, but once actually in I began not even two or three months into my rent phase getting eviction notices on my door from the bank saying that they will evict me for non payment, I spoke to my landlord which is Atlas Group, they said oh just ignore it the owner is fine the bank is making a mistake.
Well that mistake was caught red handed, I did my research, the condo went to foreclosure months before I moved in, the owners had the sales guy trying to rake

Do not use this company!!! Just don't!!
We rented our house through them and got it back destroyed. They NEVER called about maintaining it, they lied to our renters, and they probably never inspected it. We have to redo our floors, our pool equipment doesn't work, the landscaping in our backyard needs to be completely replaced, they painted our house the WRONG colors for our CC&R's after saying they would take care of it (and never had it corrected so we have to pay again), and we never got calls back. We basically had to chase them down. They just take your money and let renters

I paid rent a few weeks ago, and with it being January, I was a day late and probably not the only one. What a wonderful surprise to go in late enough to have earned a late fee and have it waived with a Happy New Year salutation. It was a wonderful and much needed surprise!
I have been with Atlas Group now for about 14 months, and it hasn't always been perfect, but Fernando Avila has always tried to correct any problems. He was able to get some yard work performed for me that was initially not going to happen.

I've rented via Atlas group for over a year now. The property is not perfect but our contact Lori have been great in helping us every step of the way. She answered our emails in a professional and friendly manner. Every repair was handled with care, and the handymen sent were prompt and professional.

I just completed a 24 month rental contract with Rebecca Gallego at Atlas Group...from the initial viewing of the home I was renting until the final walk through 24 months later I was extremely impressed with Rebecca's consistent professionalism and quick attention to detail...there were several problems with the home I rented but on every occasion Rebecca and her expert team at Atlas made sure I had everything repaired and back in excellent condition in less than 24 hours...I highly recommend Rebecca and her company for any real estate needs you may have...she is very deserving of a sparkling
