This property management is trying to screw us. We left and they sent us a $6000 bill for SOOO MANY THINGS that was absurd. I have pictures & receipts to prove otherwise and I’m going to fight it. They Sent us to collections after I sent them a certified letter asking them to review their claims. They are frauds and clearly take advantage of people.

At 6.30 PM on October 5, 2021, I arrived home to find a crew of lawn care workers on my property and sawing away at my palm trees. I was told straight away by the crew leader that they were hired by "Nate at Turn Key" and volunteered Turn Key's direct phone number. This gentleman then told me that another crew would be by the next morning to clear and haul away the palm fronds left behind in an unsightly pile on my lawn. That never happened and those fronds are still there. In addition to not only cutting up my trees, this crew never bothered to move any of the features on my patio that were directly

All of the other reviews are absolutely true. You can never get ahold of anyone. When you can get through to schedule a viewing they're available to show you the junk that they can't rent out or sale. When you occasionally see something decent the phone will ring and ring. There was one young blonde agent with dreads who was trying to assist me at one point. He stopped assisting me suddenly I guess because he couldn't get me to mov into one of those inhabitable pieces of trash he showed me so he didn't get commission. I haven't heard from him at all. I'm still waiting on him to schedule a viewing

Horrible customer service. Gave us the house trashed. Instead of giving us the security deposit they gave it to whoever they sold the house to and they are refusing to pay the security deposit for damages that the house had before we moved here. Tried to find any reason to issue an eviction notice.

I just moved in yesterday (10/18/2018) and the place was a mess! The owner had a "house sitter"??? When I started to move in my stuff the "house sitter" was still living there??? After I paid a deposit a week prior and when I called all they told me was "oh we just informed him to leave now". I don't understand, it's so frustrating that I have this stranger living in MY home and I have CLEAN everything. I also didn't get a gate card to get in, gave me a wrong gate code and I still don't know where my parking space is. Worst move in ever.

TKPS reviews are accurate. They are horrible property managers. After being a tenant in one of the properties they actually “manage”(not just collect rent, but fully handle), I can attest to how they treat tenants and conduct business. I have retained a lawyer and will be looking at all options to help force the regulators (county, city, etc) to investigate.

I’m Realtor, THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY. I took my client to show a home that with an appointment set up, there was garbage outside, garbage inside, and we had to look through the windows because there was no lockbox! And the agent never responded. Then they sent my client approval paperwork and told her her deposit was due that day but still hadn’t let her inside to see the house! When trying to contact the agent about viewing the property sSTILL, the agent continued to copy and paste the exact same text they had been sending me about applications being first come and first serve... after this

RENTERS BEWARE. My ceiling is hanging from my ceiling with a missing blade that almost hit my grandson in the head when it broke while it was on. It has been 3weeks and still no one come out to fix.. they will charge you for work they have NOT EVEN DONE..

Settling lawsuit with company due to unlivable standards from the day of move in I can not discuss anything other than the inadeqaute health and financial risk this company puts on people's all around well being.People should be aware of of Saticoy Bay Llc subsidiary and maintenance provider of Turn Key Problematic history of not being able to maintain the home's they have for rent and still rent out even after agreements have been signed by both parties
