This place is a wreck. Outside of the place being a dump, the apartment employees make this place unlivable.
The staff will routinely make up reasons to come into your apartment and find things you’re doing wrong. I’ve caught the staff on many occasions taking pictures of the inside our apartment and rummaging through our personal possessions. I’ve been harassed for the most arbitrary issues, such as my tire overlapped a parking line by a half inch, feeding squirrels and once trying to put up a bird feeder immediately outside my patio door (except some people are allowed to do it if they’re

I’ve been at Fenton Estates since October of 2020. I feel so at home here as everyone is friendly and the staff is so helpful in every way you can imagine.
Fenton Estates is tucked in a quaint wooded area so it’s not unlikely to see deer, squirrels, ducks, and etc, around the grounds and in the courtyard. The trees are filled with the sound of so many song birds and the courtyard is such a nice view out your patio window to enjoy all the season’s colors.

Recently signed a lease to move into Fenton Estates, best experience I've had in renting an apartment.
From the moment I walked in I felt at home. Everything went smoothly from the application process to the lease signing.
The apartment was spotless, new carpet and paint and nothing out of place. Desiree went above and beyond to find me the perfect place to call home. A total professional! I'm looking forward to making Fenton Estates my home. The entire staff is phenomenal. Thank you for making this process wonderful. Keep up the great work!

The company managing the complex with jack up the rent if you re-new your lease after a year. I shared a ONE bedroom and rent was $805 initially. The second year it increased to $875. I can only imagine the outrageous price for the third year. The air conditioner only cools the living room/dining room area. The cool air never makes it to the bathroom and bedroom.

Now that I have moved in and been living in Fenton Estates for a few months I just had to write another review. My apartment is spacious and light filled. My neighbors are friendly and respectful. The grounds are beautiful with frequent sightings of various wildlife. The staff is wonderful and quick to respond to any issues. I couldn't be happier with my decision to reside at Fenton Estates. I absolutely love it here.

My husband and I have lived here for nearly a year now and we would recommend living here. The staff Desiree, Mary and Dave are terrific! They drop what their doing to help any of us. In my recent search for an apartment in the Fenton area I viewed many lovely complexes...but in many ways apartments are apartments in size and shape and price. What made Fenton Estates stand out was not the grounds (although beautifully maintained) or the floor plan ( great layout)...it was the way I was greeted and treated by the office manager Desiree. I was so impressed with not only her skills, but by the way she interacted with residents and her staff...and the way they responded to her.
