At Georgetown Park, our apartments for rent in Fenton, MI, come in one and two-bedroom floor plans. Within our spacious one-bedroom floor plan, you will enjoy a separate living and dining room, along with a coat closet right near the entrance. You will be pleased to find a spacious den between the living room and the bedroom, which offers a perfect place for a home office or guest room.

Place is rundown. Management won't work with tenants that have lived on property for years and need out of lease 2 months early. Property is mismanaged on many levels. Much nicer places in Fenton. I have been waiting on a part for my furnace for 6 months still not fixed going into winter. Extremely disappointed in this property and will never return.

Love living here, the office staff is so helpful and has been nothing but welcoming since we moved in. Only downside is that maintenance requests take some time to get completed but with it being a pandemic and most likely short staffed it’s completely understandable. Overall great place to live and me and my family are super happy with our beautiful home

I just recently signed my 3rd lease at this complex and am instantly regretting it. my bathroom ceiling was leaking for quite awhile to which the maintenance team couldn’t care less about, literal water dripping from my ceiling/SQUISHY ceiling and they tried to tell me there was no water damage and everything was fine. after weeks of going back and forth via email, they finally hired outside contractors to “fix” my issue and told me once the job is completed, they will add a balance to my account which would go towards my rent. fast forward TWO MONTHS, after leaving gaping holes in my ceilings

I recently ended a one year lease at Georgetown, and while it was not perfect I have a favorable review for the property and the staff! This past year they have had a lot of issues with trying to catch up on maintenance requests due to staffing issues but were transparent about this with tenants and asked for patience. I feel fortunate that I did not have any very serious maintenance issues, but did have a few and found maintenance crew very friendly and helpful. I rented a Bennigan on the 2nd floor and my heating and air costs were not terrible. If you get a unit with a balcony that faces trees

First off our apartment has a mouse problem witch we called about and was never addressed. 2nd upon move in we were showed the wrong apartment and they up charged us for the one we wanted in the first place 4 month before move in. 3rd we were not told our new price until the day of moving in and we were told the lady that was helping us was on vacation and no one else was able to help. Now we are stuck living here for a whole year. paint is terrible and we asked for them to fix a problem with one of the doors not closing to a bathroom before we moved in and they did not fix the problem and said

Would not recommend the facilities. The outside siding looks presentable but the apartment units are dated and even the renovated ones come with constant repairs which the administration is slow to respond to. On top of that the administration looks for any reason add fees, once they are added and they agree that its an unjust charge all you will hear from them is that they have no power to remove them so tough luck for you. Apartment in comparable price range are close by so looking at them would be recommended.

Since moving in November we have had numerous maintenance requests not addressed abs completed so they never came. Moving in the apartment was no where near move in ready. Garbage left on the balcony stickers coving the bedroom door broken kitchen cabinets and a dishwasher that hardly works no screen in my daughters window smoke covered blinds in her room and broken door knobs. Called maintenance within an hour of moving in no one ever showed up called the next day, no one ever showed up, Our air has been out for almost a solid two months and has not been addressed one time although we repeatedly

I was showed a model apartment everything looked great and was going has planned. The lady told us that the apartment we might get would possibly be layed out differently than the model but assured us that it would new appliances and would be a freshly painted unit. I can tell you right now the unit was never painted not once. There’s splatter marks of something black all over the walls. Mud on my ceiling from someone filling a hole. I have a new stove and fridge which is great they work great. Than there’s the dishwasher. Super old and outdated I can’t even use it the rust and shelves are

Staff are all friendly and helpful, but this complex is owned by an out of state corporation who only uses the housing here as a means to extract wealth from the working class. You definitely don't get what you pay for. Microcosm of American society as a whole nowadays.

The maintenance team, if there is one, is full of amateurs. I have had to make multiple complaints to come fix my rusted old ac unit that was out for months and though they have no problem "completing" the request on paper, they don't actually do the work. 30 other units were out as well with only one guy trying to fix them. Two sliding doors are still busted and have been that way since I moved in. They upped the rent in the middle of a pandemic then told me after I was out of work for two weeks due to covid19 that they don't take excuses for late payments. All i see is greed. Understaffed and
