I am very pleased with how quickly things are handled when there is a maintenance request. William and Tim go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. They have even helped out with things that are not in their job description, like helping to move my couch to the trash when it was too heavy for me to get out.

Give credit, where credit is due. This is a class (A) community due to the staff and management, in a world where service has taken a backseat, that is not the case here. Every minor issue I have had since we've moved in has been addressed promptly, all the way from Tim taking care of a parking issue, to Tina calling the cable company to correct a billing issue we had. Tina, Tim and Allison have all gone beyond the call of duty. If you're looking for a quiet place to live with abundant wildlife this is your home.

Well.. we have been loyal residents for 3 years and what we've learned so far is that they make sure you know customer is always wrong. Its interesting since most client business relationships are the complete opposite! They seem to just want to avoid anyones questions and concerns if they don't want to answer or deal with it. We have 2 cars and 1 assigned spot. Others have 2 assigned spots with no handicap tags and both spots close to their building. We should all be able to have equal opportunity. Instead of a rat race for "unassigned" spots. Our cabinets are falling off the wall and they know

I lived in this community for 3 years. I loved the location and how quiet the overall community was. Maintenance was always prompt and professional when anything came up from simple apartment issues to something like the dryer quit working. The property manager Tina was beyond professional and understanding when we would reach out. She went out of her way to accommodate my family when we originally had a 2nd floor unit and the unit below us continued to complain about the noise our kids made. She knew and understood that's just apartment living and worked some magic to get us into a 1st floor unit

Current resident. Work from home professional.
All I ask in a ground-level, road facing apartment is that I have the fifth parking spot from my door (in a building of eight units) to prevent light and road noise every morning waking myself and my daughter up. There is parking in front of every one of my windows, and I am not lazy and trying to avoid a walk. An elderly woman across the hall has a handicap spot, a woman upstairs has small children...they should receive spots close to the entryway. Property management did not consider that people with apartments in the rear hear NO roadnoise and

I have lived in many apartments and Pheasant Run is by far my favorite place. I’m currently on my second year with them and if I don’t buy a home, will definitely be signing for a third year. The office staff, Tina & Abby, are extremely friendly and helpful. They truly are willing to go the extra mile for you. Maintenance, Tim especially, is always timely and friendly. I have to say my favorite things is the noise level. The walls are thicker and I can hardly ever hear my neighbors, this is a big deal for living in an apartment and honestly something I have struggled with in any apartments

I have been at Pheasant Run for a few years now. The staff is very professional. When I call the office and talk with Abby or Tina, they are always very helpful and polite. When I have called about any maintenance issue Tim and William have responded within just a couple hours. I had mentioned to Tim an issue I was having with my heat when he was power washing our breezeway. Tim and William came back about an hour later to check the furnace. They discovered a bad thermostat and replaced it immediately. They both are very friendly and helpful. I have been very happy living here.

I am a new resident of 5 months. I am especially impressed by the friendly , knowledgeable and professional nature of the staff Tina and Robin. The grounds crew is the best I ever seen in my 20 years of renting. The crew is friendly and know their trade. but mostly the entire staff have been loyal. Most of them have been with this property for many years and have a deep affection for the property and its residence. The community is quiet without any angst, which is almost hard to believe in apartment complexes. But it is a reflection of the staff who insist on the standard of being good neighbors
