Village East Apartments

Would not recommend these apartments to anyone. office changes their hours whenever they want to and do not keep any of the "amenities" open to the people actually paying for them. not to mention never responding to complaints and never actually fixing the problems in your apartment. not at all worth 900+ a month.

Emily has been absolutely wonderful helping make my first apartment experience so easy and stress free!! Super excited to live here!

Office staff is very friendly and helpful & same for maintenance staff, any issues I’ve had have been taken care off quickly & with no problem.

Horrific lease termination process, mgmt couldnt be bothered to take keys at end if lease and now want to sue....stay tuned for court results it will all be posted...

Do not rent from them. Seems nice in the beginning but the apartments are so overpriced and good luck getting anything fixed. Water damage is a common issue and we lived with black mold for months until they finally came and fixed some, then painted over the rest. When we finally moved out we left the apartment absolutely spotless, spent hours and hours cleaning for them to only give us $100 of our deposit back.

I love it here. Very friendly and helpful staff. Really nice apartments. They will fix anything that goes wrong.

Application process was straight forward. Very friendly, competent staff. Well maintained lots and driveways. Landscaping is kept up. Apartment looked fairly up to date and had brand new carpet and fresh paint (smelled and felt like moving into a new apartment!). Lots of value here. Definitely recommend.

We moved in on September 29th, and for the first time in over 4 years it feels like home. The community here makes you feel welcome. The property is beautiful, clean and well kept. If you are looking for a place to live that is quite and friendly it's here.

So this just happened today! So my wife goes out to get in our 99 Tahoe to go to work (works at a hospital and is working 12 hr shifts swabbing and taking temperatures of people for this covid 19) and they slap a paper on it saying it will be towed tomorrow by 2???? Also they are not seeing people in the office with this covid 19 going around so this really makes it like cat and mouse trying to handle this situation. Very low to be bothering folks during times like this with this nonsense!

Place is horrible . No flexibility even though proved account was hacked, evicted and sued . Could never get anything fixed saw neighbors cars towed .

Maintenance was handled very timely. My last request was handled by Andrew in Maintenance and he is awesome. He is such a pleasure to talk to and he is very informative about any questions I have had. It's that kind of service is what makes living here great! Also, I'd love to say how helpful it would be to have a community board of some type where people can post information whether it's about needing a pet sitter, dog walker, or post items for sale and even some gatherings to get to know our neighbors. I'd love to see the property do some events to bring our community together to get to know

Lived here a few months now. And it seems like every other day I find a new reason to love living here!
A true hidden gem.

I have never had an issue with anything that was not taken care of. My bathroom ceiling was leaking due to someone upstairs and they came right out. Found the source and stopped it. A day later maintenance came and redid my entire bathroom ceiling. I had water come in from the back and it took a bit but they redid the back, installed drainage and water problem stopped. I have never had them tell me to wait. The maintenance staff along with the office staff is awesome. I love them all.

Location is the key to this great complex. It makes working between Dayton to Tri-County so convenient. They offer a competitive rate compared to other complexes and what amenities they offer. The staff are very friendly!

Village east is great apartments are clean and very beautiful and spacious Caitlyn that works in the office was very helpful and very nice I definitely recommend this place !

I originally gave only three stars. My original review can be found below. The updated review. I’ll start with addressing the issues. They fixed many of the issues i was having. However, things they seem to be… getting a little picky on the appearance of the place. There’s a truck parked next to my boyfriend vehicle saying it will be towed due to rust. I understand not wanting a rust bucket, i also agree and am thankful for that being against their policies, but there’s not very much rust on this truck and it’s silly to have them complain about the rust while there

I have lived here twice. First time in 2002 for about a year and a half. Second time, moved in June 10, 2017. So far so good! Great location and very well maintained place!
