Terrible experience , They make you pay 200$ application Fees , then you provide all the papers they need and they keep asking for and more , Taylor Danner was rude and unprofessional , she got the prove of income showing I make more than 3 times the rent but she still denied my application. she kept asking for more and more papers even my accountant and real estate did not know what is she asking for , then they corrected her about the number of the forms she is asking but she still insist she is right . do not try to apply they are going to deny your application anyway but they still going to

THIS PLACE IS GREAT! The management is even better! For my first apartment Taylor my PM has been nothing less of phenomenal, answering every question in a timely manner via email. Laura was very helpful as well making sure any thing I seen in the apartment that I didn’t like (REPORT) of nothing perfect so I report 1 issue I seen and it was taken care of the very NEXT DAY . The maintenance guy TRAVIS was like a marvel character! Very quick and efficient. THANK YOU BAVARIAN. I’d recommend to anyone.

Way too old, needs renovations because its way too expensive for what you get. AC constantly going off and you cant get anyone to help unless its a weekday. You pay almost $800 a month for an extremely outdated apartment . Just rent somewhere else. Its also in a terrible area and the buildings constantly smell like pot.

I was not able to see my unit until the day I moved in, just another unit with the same floor plan. When I finally saw my apartment on move in day, there was significant damage throughout the unit. Of course, maintenance could have fixed most of these issues easily, but this should have been handled long before my move in date. I do not think that these are acceptable move in conditions at all. There were also multiple cockroaches in the kitchen, as well as bed bugs in the bedroom. (I was told by a few other residents that the bed bugs have been an ongoing issue, that clearly has not been handled

The management here really cares about our issues and seeks to solve them. They communicate well and have always been very polite and receptive - we feel like valued clients. The walls between units seem very thick, which is nice - we don't hear our neighbors much (Note - we live in a 3 bedroom, which has neighbors on either side, but no neighbors above or below).
The buildings are a bit dated, so some things aren't in full working order, but the management has been working on updating them and is responsive to requests. 2 of our 4 stove burners weren't working, and the very next day they came

I needed to update my review. They have lots of improvement going on and have done a great job taking care of our maintenance needs.
Love the location. If I could make one change the pool would be indoors with a hot tub., after the road are fixed that would take us to top notched apartment but we are good with an outdoor pool too... plus the YMCA is only 8 mins away
