I have basically lived at this property since 2005. My father moved in after my parents divorced when I was 10. We have seen several different management groups own the property. Each one slightly better than the last. I see people bashing this place, calling it a “slum” when it’s far from it. It shows that people haven’t had to live in unfortunate situations before. Rent for me was I believe $720 with a pet. I lived in a 2 bedroom and my only complaints came towards a bad neighbor. The complex understood and did what they could. I NEVER blamed them. Made no sense to. I have two boys aged

Heaven forbid the world goes through a pandemic bc these people don't care about anything but their money. They'll evict you no questions asked- covid or not. Not to mention they really don't take care of the place like they used to. 110% do not recommend!

Nicest apartments in Middletown in my opinion. Unfortunately rent is not a set amount. They make you pay for other tenants water and sewage therefore the amount you pay each month seems to always be going up.

My mother was looking into this complex and is currently living in Indiana. I called and explained who I was and asked if I could make an appointment to see a 1-bedroom they have coming open in June, since I live in Cincinnati. Hannah was not friendly. She told me that there wasn't an apartment she could show me because they're occupied until June 1. I asked if I could call back in a couple of weeks and make an appointment to see it after the 1st. No, because by then it could be leased.
How does one rent any of their apartments if there's no model to view ahead of time? I'm not crazy; I'm not

I have lived here for 14 years with my Dad and we’ve never missed a payment let alone be late on any. Dave, the maintenance guy, is a great guy and always does his best to serve the community with any needs we have. About a year and a half ago we asked several times if we could get a new toilet because ours won’t flush with toilet paper in it. We haven’t heard back from them yet. We also asked for an update to the carpet because it is very old and is just fabric on the floor at this point. They told us every time we asked that they would look into this but here it is Feb 2020 and it’s like

If I could give 0 stars I would! This place does not care about their tenants they just want your money. I was just recently wronged by them and it makes me wonder how many other people they have scammed out of money. This was the first apartment I have ever looked into so I was confused on everything and since I was they took advantage of that! They demanded a deposit BEFORE a lease was signed which is not allowed because a deposit is not to be accepted UNTIL a lease is signed. I didn’t know this until I gave them my money, then something with my family came up and I was unable to move out.

My very first apartment and I don’t regret it. Is a good starter place but I don’t recommend long term. Rent typically increases $30 every time you renew the lease. Landlord is super nice and so is one of the maintenance men. The other is less than satisfactory.

They won’t respond to you if you have an issue. When you first reach out as an interested tenant they are so nice and respond quickly. But don’t fall for it like I did! They will not respond to you when there’s an issue and they’ve done something wrong. I would suggest living anywhere else!!!!!
