They keep it super clean, & always takes care of the grounds. Maintenance is always quick when you need them, at least for my mom. She's lived there about 7 years now.

I’ve been at wyndemere since last September. Very impressed that I could get a two-car attached garage. Also very impress with new management and friendliness of all staff and maintenance quick responses.

Use to be a very nice place. I was up there last week and I saw rats in garbage. The garbage cans were placed so the truck could not get to them because people were parked right in fron of garbage containers. Garbage was all over. VERY disappointing. Come on people...keep your places clean. I'm sure my friend does not want your rats

Clean and good value. The area isn't great, but seems like an okay place. The waiting list though. Are you supposed to hope someone likes eating toast in the bathtub or what?

I lived at Wyndemere Apartments for almost 3 years AND I LOVED IT!!! The ONLY reason i moved is because i lost my job and had to downsize and move in with family until i got back on my feet or i would still be there today. The office staff "or Stacey" was great and was always willing to work with me without judgement. I had to break my lease and she came up with a payment plan that would fit MY budget and not to just quickly pay it off so they could have there money, she put my needs first. The maintenance staff was great too! He also went beyond want needed done and even helped me with
