The community is a close one here. We look out for each other, and try to make it a lovely place to live. The office and maintenance crew are awesome. They are always there when we need them. The manager walks through the complex twice a day. She makes sure things are going well, and that she's in touch with us. The Towne houses are very big, have a nice layout, and are in good shape. The parking lot is kept up, and there are no leaky cars allowed on the blacktop. There are speed bumps to keep people at a slow speed. They're are lots of small kids here, so we watch or speed.

I lived here for over five years. The carpet was not replaced when I moved in, and I could never get them to replace it during the five years I lived there. It was pretty filthy. The apartment itself was a perfect set-up, but small. The kitchen and bathroom were roomy, but the bedroom was tiny. Walk-in closet was nice. I liked being by the woods, but at times I did not feel safe. A big drug problem in these apartments. With that said, my rent only went up fifteen dollars the whole time I lived there. A perfect location. Maintenance was AWFUL. Office was AWFUL. I was never late with rent, but I

The only thing good about this place is that it looks nice from the outside. Management is nowhere to be found, the kind of people that live here and beyond grotesques. Foul-mouthed children between the ages of 5 and 13 scream in the parking lot day in and day out. At night it turns into a drug dealing area. We've lived here for about 5 months and still haven't had necessary repairs done. We can't even use our toilets half the time (not to mention the new ones they put in leak everywhere). Seriously, don't waste your time.
