Don’t waste your time, money or put your life or health in jeopardy….that’s all I’m going to say….I’d honestly rate 0 stars if I could. In my personal oppinion I feel this place needs to be/ should be condemned. :( such a shame it has so much potential. If only the people would actually put a little bit of “work” into the units making them more habitable. If you do decide to rent here be cautious and weary who you trust and don’t leave any valuables in your car and make sure it’s locked. Also I would recommend not letting your cat outside if you have one there’s like 50 feral

This place is very unsafe for residents and visitors wouldn't recommend moving here unless you wanna live with broken and messed up things and black mold . Doesn't listen to residents when they repeatedly complain about things around the building. All together for this being my first apartment they were very unprofessional and lazy. Not to mention they change office lady's once every 2 months. I've tried telling plenty of office lady's that have worked here about problems with them saying they'll be fixed and never are. Currently being evicted over a mistake the lady at the office made but somehow

I usually do not post reviews, but I wanted to share my experience with the public so they know what they are dealing with. First of all, I contacted Colonial Village about renting an apartment for my son. I have to say the manager is an extremely nice woman who did her very best to accomodate me.....I have no complaints with her at all-truly one of the nicest people I have ever met! However, the Regional Management must think they are renting apartments comparable with High-End Apartments and, frankly, these are not that nice! Colonial Village is perfect for us we have a large dog and most apartments have size restrictions and wont let us have our 80 pound baby. We are so excited to find an apartment where we don't have to give up part of our family to find a home. Thank you Colonial Village for letting us keep our Baby! We are so excited about our new apartment.

I have lived here since mid September and I personally think that the company has done a great job here. I am only 20 years old and this has been my first apartment and I have nothing bad to say at all. My neighbors are quiet and respectful. Hannah in the office is always so quick to help if I need anything. Even minor bumps when I first moved in were quickly fixed within the same day. It has definitely been a great experience here for someone new to renting a place for their first time.

I kind of liked this place , it got me out of Franklin which is the main goal for me (Franklin is becoming nothing but a drug infested dangerous ghetto) They aren't the greatest apartments in the world, they are a big stepdown from what I had before but they get the job done and they have a country feel to them because of all the open land. Seems like the new people are trying to fix it up and make it nice. They are more no nonsense type owners which I like, way too much B.S. went on here under the Middle Eastern guy who owned them.
