As everyone is writing this company is SCAM ARTISTS! Regal recently took the hoa management in my community and did not send any letters to us to tell us about needing to change the payments coming from the bank account so we kept paying the old company and didn't know it. they told us nothing and added so many charges. it is a scam they run and my neighbor say they did the same for them! Beware this company!

We live in pine crest II , and whoever is in charge of this account from this management along with the HOA are plain harassing the residents.
Using an old photo of a vehicle parked on the residen’ts driveway to “determine” violation and fined $400. When contacted by our landlord to state the issue has been corrected , not to mention pointing out that they have used an old photo , the personnel from This management hung up the phone twice. How unprofessional.
What is even disgusting, this management suggested to remind any maintenance vehicle going to this community park outside the community

These guys are absolute crooks. They made an accounting error, agree with me that they made an error yet keep trying to charge me for payments I already made. I called the manager and she said she would look into it and call me back. Never called me back, what a joke company.

I've been dealing with this terrible company the past 5 years since I bought my condo. Every interaction I have had with this company has been awful. They do not call you back, they do not resolve any of your issues, my community has gone downhill in the last 5 years and what did they do? Raise the HOA fees. They have taken out all the grass, which was a selling point for me, and it takes weeks to months for anything broken within our community to be fixed. A carport was blown over in a windstorm on February 24th, and it is now March 17th and it is STILL NOT SAFE or fixed. Apparently this company

Wow, I can't imagine a worse management company than Regal Property Management. Joy, their CEO, even admits no one has been in the neighborhood for six months and we have not seen anyone from Regal since Nov 2018. After meeting her, I now completely understand why the level of service residents expect from a management company can't possibly be met by someone who just refuses to do even the bare minimum. As well all know, HOA's and management companies are a fact of life , (love them or hate them WE HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM in most of the Las Vegas Valley), but I am obliged to write a commentary on the complete incompetency and unprofessionalism of this company as well as the HOA (TERA CONDOMINIUMS) I was a responsible CC&R abiding owner and respectful neighbor in this community from 1998 when the property was originally built until July 2013.
