The Cape At Savona

We just moved to the cape last minute and Carla was amazing with giving us all the info, showing us all the amenities and possible apartments. She also went out of her way to rush everything for us as it was an urgent. So far we love our apartment and the amenities! All the staff is really nice as well!

I am enjoying living here in this complex any issues I have requested Maintenance takes care of Right away. Friendly staff and amenities are always clean and taken care of Gym is 24 hours also which is a plus .
I had to get used to apartment living again moving from a single family house so I was worried because I have lived in OTHER complexes that had terrible management. Living in one that makes you feel like home and cares about their residents like they do just overall makes living experience even better . Definitely will be renewing ! And I would recommend cape at savona

The new staff never picks up the phone or answers your calls ever. At least the old management did. My rent was supposed to be a set rate for 15 months then new management came in and my rent is now 200 bucks more a month for "community water usage" when my personal water usage has not changed. Any attempts to contact the staff goes unanswered; no matter how many emails, or messages you leave.
The only star this place deserves this for the maintenance guys and girls who are awesome. But if I could, I would give the staff a fat no star for the no show staff.

I am really enjoying my residence at this community! It is such a beautiful property and I love most that the apartments are so quiet and almost sound proof! My greatest experience with the staff has been with Isa from my very first day here! I was stood up by my movers and had to move everything by myself. I was feeling so stressed and breaking down, until Isa came by seeing what I was going through and found the best solution to help me with the rest of my move in! She is always so friendly, and helpful! I am very thankful for her! As well as Aniva! He has gone above and beyond so many times

I am writing this review because I feel you have a wonderful staff working at the Cape at Savona. In particular I find staff member Isa Perez to be an outstanding individual who has always been very helpful to me. She is truly a workaholic that never stops until the job is done. She is always pleasant with a smile on her face and she is truly an asset to your establishment.

I’m really enjoying living here! Especially now that there are new associates in the leasing department.
Keira has been specifically helpful with any and all issues that I have. She is professional and kind!
Maintenance is also excellent.The gentleman that lives onsite especially! They are prompt and professional with their masks on.
The new property manager is so friendly and helpful. Shelby is and always has been wonderful.
The amenities are excellent and the community is friendly
So you can see that the team here at The Cape at Savona are top notch.

My wife and I chose the Cape at Savona Point because of the resort style living. When we toured the property, Shelby did an amazing job explaining all of the amenities that came with living here. Her professionalism and cheery attitude was a decongestant factor on us saying yes. Every time we see Shelby, she has a welcoming smile on her face and always greets us by name. She is a wonderful person and always willing to help

Lived here since this place opened and here is my honest review. For the most part I liked living here. The community feel is really nice. The basketball court, the pool, the clubhouse, the gym, free coffee in the clubhouse, friendly people, were all nice features to this apartment complex. Shelby is super awesome and was spectacular towards me and my girlfriend and took care of anything we needed. Unfortunately we had to move though because the new property management that took over jacked our rent up from $1,295 up to $1,605 a month…. For a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. My boyfriend and I having been here since January and we have loved living here so far. It is a very nice apartment with cool amenities. The gym here is super nice compared to actual gyms you would pay a monthly membership for. Super pet friendly area. Haven’t had any maintenance issues so far. Any problem can be fixed using the app and they respond very fast. All maintenance people have been pretty friendly. Noise is pretty minimal. We only had to complain about a noisy neighbor once and it got resolved pretty quickly.
The rent is going to go up over $200 more next year for us which is bizarre

I originally intended on giving this apartment a 3 or 4 star rating, but the new management for this place is absolutely atrocious. Unfortunately, 1-Star is the lowest that Google will let me give, and even that feels generous.
The overall construction of the apartments is nowhere near the quality you would expect for the premium they charge. After living here for some time, it is evident that the builders made fast,sloppy work a priority over quality.
With this new management, the overall cleanliness and care of the complex has completely vanished into another world, never to be seen again.

Shelby was very easy to work with, only took one day to get Approved. We're excited to be there June 2020
