ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME, WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD.. PLEASE USE AN ACTUAL PROFESSIONAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AGENCY THAT CARES ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS. MY FRIEND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR ME TODAY TO VIEW A COTTAGE, AND( EPM) CONTACTED HER SAYING THEY WOULD BE 15 MINUTES LATE AND AFTER THE 15 MINUTES MY FRIEND CALLED BACK ONLY TO BE NOTIFIED THAT THE APPOINTMENT WAS CANCELED BECAUSE THEY JUST RECEIVED AN APPLICATION ONLINE AND IF THAT APP FELL THROUGH THEY WOULD GIVE US A CALL BACK.... NO SORRY, NO SUGGESTIONS FOR ANY NEW LEADS THROUGH THEIR AGENCY, NOTHING!!! BESIDES SEVERE INCOMPETENCE.. I WAS ACTUALLY

I’ve had to relocate from Pennsylvania and EPM has been nothing but helpful with making this transition as smooth as possible. Everyone from MJ to their office staff Debbie & Johanna who have really made my transition less stressful as I am downsizing from a 3 bedroom ranch to a beautiful Cottage in Fort Myers. There helping me make my dream come true to finally be in Florida and without there kindness and being so helpful with paperwork and not knowing the area all that well has been a relief.
