Benjamin founded Armstrong in 2001 and is involved in all aspects of the company. Benjamin is responsible for all acquisitions, financings, redevelopments, new developments, and management of existing assets. Benjamin received a BA from New York University and a JD from Brooklyn Law School. Ian joined Armstrong to oversee all hospitality operations and development.
