Absolutely avoid if possible. They managed the co-op building I was renting in. I rented through someone that owned the unit (who was wonderful), but they obviously ran the building. Matthew Adams came up with shady rules and fees and were so rude and unprofessional upon me moving out.
Even though I submitted COIs through the movers I used, they said I needed to pay a deposit fee (which, by the way, I did not have to when moving in) and told me that if the movers break something in the building or elevator they don't want to go through the trouble of going through the movers insurance and

Terrible management to say the least. Unprofessional, unreliable, disrespectful, and will profile you depending on where you are from. I would highly NOT recommend living or working for this management. Many competitors out there that are all about taking care of their clients. Steer far from Their properties which aren’t many however they still have a few some how. Best asset is Jackie Baptiste. She can find a better company to work for and I hope that she does. She is too professional for them. Deserves better.

The company was good many years ago and has deteriorated substantially. Weeks without replies to emails. If you can get the receptionist they'll take a happy message that will go unanswered. If you complain, they seem to go out of their way to make your situation worse. Heed these reviews, it will save you a lot of aggravation.

5 year after moving out of a Matthew Adams building I still often think about how awful these people are. They are rude, mean, unhelpful and expensive. You think as a coop owner you are paying them to help you but they are the worst of New York
