Property manager refuses to replace an A/C unit that is not properly cooling the unit. Always is happy to come “check” it to make sure it’s working which according to them works perfectly fine, even though it will not cool below 77 degrees and is giving me well over a $200 electricity bill each month. Will be contacting corporate, and the BBB. Built in 1991, and was told by the PROPERTY MANAGER that they are still the original, 30 year old units. A/C units should usually be replaced every 10-15 years. Meaning they are 15 years late at replacing them.

So don't call maintenance late at night.... it will be a whole ordeal that they won't even let you know what was done. We called about our AC not working and we're waiting for someone to get back to us on it. We figured we might be fortunate that one of the maintenance guys live right below us but apparently he wasn't working tonight. So we got a call back about the AC and the guy said they don't work on electrical at night and the best that can be done is that he'll bring a window unit out in about 30 minutes. 30 minutes passed. An hour passed. Then an hour and half

Really enjoyed living here for a year. The office staff was always friendly and helpful! The vaulted ceilings were lovely and having 2 bathrooms in the 2 bedroom was so nice. Some features were a bit dated but the overall look was great. We had no problems except for a noisy neighbor but the office always quickly responded to concerns. Would recommend!

Been living here since 2013 and we love it so far. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, and even if they don't answer the phone the first time (usually because they're out giving a tour) they always call back if I leave a message. The trash pickup is absolutely worth the few extra dollars in rent (especially since the last place we stayed at would actually charge a penalty fee for leaving your trash outside). We plan on staying here until we buy a house in the next two years or so. Would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Our lease with Greyeagle ended, and the ONLY reason we didn't renew was because we're buying a house. We loved the apartment, and the community. The staff is always helpful, the grounds and pool were always clean, and it's a very quiet community, yet still close to everything. We really enjoyed our time living there!

Even though approximately 30 rounds from two separate semi-automatic weapons were fired into my downstairs neighbors bedroom and living room windows from point blank range in an attempt to murder her in early morning hours, Grey Eagle Apartments will not release me of the obligations of my lease with intent to find safer housing...meaning even though I have signed a lease at a different apartment complex because of concern for my own well being (I have not slept in days, will not go outside when it is dark, will not walk past my windows, can still hear the sound of gunfire in my head), I still
