I have been living at Palmetto place will be 2 years coming up in April. I love it here it's quiet gated community. I love it here. Neighbors are friendly, staff is friendly and super helpful, the amenities are nice and well kept up, and upkeep seems to be high priority for them. I have yet to need maintenance, but I have met some of the maintenance staff and they are very nice. Summer at the office is a pleasure to deal with and timely in her responses. My roommates and I are relatively young and we don’t feel out of place at all. This is the best apartment that we’ve been in.

We absolutely love Palmetto Place. The staff has been extremely helpful since Day 1. We have had two minor maintenance issues (a battery in a smoke alarm and fridge shelf) and they were responded to and repaired almost immediately. The pool has been very nice to have since we have two young children that love to swim. The grounds are well kept and very enjoyable to walk with our dog to the dog park. The valet trash was something we did not know that we needed, but we absolute love and is so convenient! 24/7 Gym access is also an added bonus. The residents are so unbelievably kind and that makes

I'm very happy with my experience so far at Palmetto Place Apartments. Summer was extremely helpful during the application and setup process. She was professional, polite, and quick to respond with any questions I had. I am currently in my 3rd month at the complex and have had zero negative experiences. Summer and the rest of the Palmetto Place team always go above and beyond to make sure residents are well taken care of and happy... they're all so friendly! The complex stays clean, mowed, and well kept. I also have a dog so it's nice to have pet stations throughout the complex and a small dog
