Andover Properties, LLC (dba Storage King USA) has recently acquired Sea Coast Self Storage in Fort Pierce, FL. The 33,000 square foot facility has a total of 400 units and is located on highly trafficked US-1. We plan to expand the facility's self storage offering by converting underutilized warehouse space into additional storage units.
In addition, we produce a comprehensive monthly report including P&Ls, as well as rate and occupancy performance. In addition to Storage King USA's core business of leasing units, our team offers a variety of ancillary services to provide more comprehensive service to customers, as well as boost revenue from each facility.
