International Realty & Investments was formed by its owner Malcolm Bennett over 4 decades ago with the purpose of providing decent, safe and sanitary housing to the residents of the greater Los Angeles area. Originally formed as Bennett & Bennett, the name was changed in 1984.

Be warned this realty management is VERY poorly ran. The ones who care about the tenants end up quitting and the ones who stay are given promotions and that leaves them to staff people who have no understanding whatsoever of property management. In addition to being untrained, they are rude and unprofessional! They pick and choose which maintainence requests they respond to for tenants in rentals and hear me when I say our unit waited 3 months for a dumpster to be emptied because International Realty overlooked it. They refuse to update the plumbing that is old & rusty & causes water damage & mold in atleast 4 spots.
They also refuse to pay their share in a fence between the property that they rent out & their neighbor putting everybody's life at risk in this Coronavirus times.
They also think they are to good to accept government subsidy for Rent in this unprecedented time of national emergency.
& if the tenants have preexisting health conditions & die in the process of finding new houses. Oh well, statistics. People are just irrelevant numbers & if their kids have asthma, ah well not their problem.

Worst customer service EVER! The landlord of the building was a complete crook who employed convicts and Felons to work for him as apartment managers. They always found a way to attempt illegal evictions of tenants which usually did not work. The city of Los Angeles does not have a favorable view of them.

They only want to rent to Hispanics. I gave them the 25 for the credit check, Made over the amount to move in and had fair-close to good credit with excellent rental history. I called after 6 days to get the status of my application and said I didn’t get the place due to collections.BUT THEY NEVER RAN MY CREDIT BECAUSE I GET ALERTS WHEN ANYONE TOUCHES MY CREDIT.. SO HOW WOULD THEY KNOW WHATS ON MY CREDIT? They are very rude and unprofessional and I will be calling BBB on them and a few other numbers because they discriminate against African Americans..

They manage property that I own as well as they manage my HOA.
In regards to the rental property they are too lenient with late and slow pays BUT they are prompt in getting me my money . They handle repairs in a timely manner and have a variety of vendors so you an get a good price.
In regards to the HOA they do as we want them to do. We are a small HOA 6 units so we are overall satisfied
I highly recommend Angella for your account manager. She is a no nonsense business person. She gets the job done. My tenants complain about Ivana but I like her style as well.

My roof has been leaking for over four years now and the HOA continues to promise to fix the problem but this has not happened. I began calling them and sending emails in 2015. It is now 2019 and today I learned that after finally approving internal and external repairs, the HOA and property management has decided that they were not going to make the internal repairs. Since this has been going on for four years, the damages have gotten worse over time. I feel that I have been more that patient. Enough is enough. This is a horrible HOA and management company. I am now going to seek legal counsel

Intl Realty & Investments is unfortunately the property manager for my condo. Quite frankly I've never in my life dealt with such incompetent individuals as the ones in this company. If you are an HOA, STEER CLEAR of these guys. They are negligent in managing property, unresponsive, and can't get anything done. I had a simple task I needed them to take care of and 4 months in they still haven't managed to solve it. DO NOT use these guys... if you do... despite my review... well.. god speed and good luck! hah.

Very hard to work with, unresponsive, incompetent. I have had roof leaks in two of my condos both managed by this company and nothing ever got fixed for over 2 years now. The inside of my units is completely damaged with aggressive mold and water coming through light fixtures representing safety hazard but still HOA is not doing anything to fix the leaks and my property continues to get destroyed, tenants living in terrible and unsafe environment. I'm taking legal steps, my patience is over, it's been over 2 years of empty promises and excuses. Terrible company, stay away.

If you're unlucky enough for your HOA to use this company, get yourself a lawyer ASAP. They go out of their way to deny you access to your HOA records and information, will not respond to any requests or emails, and will not manage your HOA legally unless you put legal pressure on them.
Your money is better spent on fire cooking a steak while your HOA is managed by no one. At least then you'll get a steak and several hours of your life back.

I applied here and paid 50 bucks for the credit check fee and someone calls me 4 days later asking for a employment verification, In my mind im like you shouldve been calling to give me a answer on the place. Their slow and lazy how can you take my application and not make sure I have everything that you require. I gave you authorization when I applied and left all my employment info, so to make my long story short I said I dont even want the place because you guys are really unprofessional and unorganized.
