There are literary one of the very worst management companies in all of California or anywhere I've ever dealt with. They are fully unprofessional in every which way imaginable. At Art Share LA they are beyond, threatening to their tenants, scapegoat those whom stand up to their bullish ways and play constant threats with their abiding tenants and play favoritism to those that suit them at the time they have to do their jobs but fail at doing their jobs each and every time. Solari is one of those management companies you need to stay away from if you want to deal with competent, honest professionals. They rarely reply if you contact them about any issues or concerns. I didn't have running water in my apartment for two days before they finally did something about it. If they have a problem with you or something you did, you bet they'll send their lawyers after you or threaten to evict you. In early May, they sent a letter threatening to evict me for not turning in my paperwork for the annual recertification (even though I gave them the forms in April).

It seems like they are more interested in getting the credit check fees than actually renting out the units plus they are deleting negative reviews here. the managers are rude/unprofessional. i have a high credit score,no pets,no evictions, & multiple times they took my credit check money & i never got an apt through them. maybe its racism or maybe they like taking credit check money without renting the apts? idk,idc.

Disgruntled managers, they all complain about how much work is involved and they take it out on residents! the current manager does not respect residents, she yells at tenants like a petulant child and lies quite a bit. Nice apartments, however, they try not to fix things, they put you off!

**Military service members** As a veteran to another - save yourself the headache and stay away from this company. I applied for one of their apartments that they were advertising geared toward veterans. They have very invasive application practices. The customer service is poor- very unprofessional staff. I didn't go forward with the application process; them to withdraw my application and shred all my personal documents that I had to provide them - they never responded back to my request. With my experience in the apartment complex in Santa Maria, Ca and down south in San Diego, I found the staff to be friendly, responsive and efficient. The young maintenance gentleman was very polite and did his best to help resolve issue. What is disheartening is no matter how hard the staff try to help the other tenants, they would not following directions or help to keep their place clean.

Have lived in an affordable senior apt building that is supposed to be managed by Solari, which is a JOKE that isn't funny. There is an excuse for everything wrong in the building. We waited almost 6 months to get a maintenance person which didn't last long, so there is no one to clean the building. They have fired the manager for doing her job trying to help the tenants with repair problems so we are really up the creek w/o a boat or paddle. This building is not a year old with faulty floors, appliances, main door doesn't always work; they try to convince us that we don't know

If I could leave no stars I would the management team is unprofessional and rude! Stephanie and Tony are the head of this team and the absolute worst! They do not answer or return phone calls because you do not matter. Stephanie is probably the rudest of all of them. Why she has this job I'm unsure but she lacks in customer service appreciation and most of all competency of the job it self.
