They took over 2 months to repair my broken air conditioning over the summer when it was 90 plus degrees. When they did they turned off my gas in the process and I had to go about 5 days without hot water until the socal gas company came and turned my back gas on. When I called them about the hot water they said to call the gas company not that they would come turn it on after they turned it off in the first place. About 3 months to repair my washer and dryer. Each repair needed several visits lasting a few hours with weeks inbetween. I would do my. best to avoid unless you have zero other options

Kijana Embry provides no emergency contact for the tenants. Unable to exit property or enter with vehicles. Missed work on Saturday and stuck missing work on Sunday because this company does not care about their tenants. Don't rent from them, you will regret it. Any positive review is a lie. There has been no happy tenants.

We are about four days away from moving out and I must say it's one of the best decisions we've ever made. Our property is a duplex with five units along with a shared driveway. Jesus he's a good guy but terrible with communication. When he showed us the unit we were told we could have our own parking for extra $50 which was not true because it's a shared driveway and the only unit that gets their own parking is apartment five and it's in the back area along with the dumpsters. Our driveway is constantly being blocked by surrounding neighbors. The people across the street

The most unprofessional property management I have ever seen. Their staff are very kind and responsive when you are in the renting process but when you are a tenant they are not responsive for your any concern. The only person who does her job perfectly was Norma in this company. Other than her, you never find a person listen to you when you have a concern after you rent the house. The worst thing they are very demanding when tenants need to pay rents, fees, or security deposits on time. However they are very very careless when you need to get your security deposit back. Very unprofessional, I had Erin a property manager with Rampart properties reach out to me to set an appointment to view a property and when I showed up to view the property Erin was a no show. I called Rampart properties to speak with Erin and the person on the phone told me that the unit was already rented. Not only did they waste my time, gas and energy they did not even have the courtesy to reach out to me and let me know the updated information on that unit. This company needs to train their better in basic management etiquette.

Extremely unprofessional company with zero concern for their renters. I moved in with a broken oven, leaking refrigerator and the most disgusting washer I’ve ever seen. After two months of several dead end phone calls, unanswered emails and running in circles, nothing has been fixed. Yet, they have the time and money to fix up a different unit with no tenants living in it....they clearly just don’t care.
Avoid this company and save yourself the time and energy.

Really unprofessional management from Glades all the way to the top person Frank. This company lacks many key factors in a leasing company, beginning with the maintenance. 407 s Bonnie brea Apts look disgusting. Also everyone has at least 6 people living in a one bedroom apt. What property owner allows that? There are serval parking spaces who are assign to one person who then rents them out to people who don't live in the building. I've paid my rent on time every month and feel as is I've been the only person paying full rent. Over all really bad experiences these last 3 years.

I've had a great experience working with RPM! KJ & Jesus have been amazing! I rent a newly remodeled unit in Long Beach and have had zero complaints. The property itself is 12 units, very well kept, and all my neighbors are super friendly too.
Rent payments are easy and can be made online with autopay or by saving a cc or debit card on the portal and personally doing it by the 1st of the month. Maintenance requests are also done through the portal --super simple to use and you will receive a text or email stating that they have received the request and will be reaching out to schedule

Stay far away from this corrupt establishment. I worked with the president of the company, Frank, on a move to a one bedroom apartment. Despite following the typical procedures and polices (including signing the lease, paying the security deposit and the first month’s rent) l was informed on my MOVE IN day that the lease was cancelled due to the property owner wanting to rent to another tenant offering to pay more. Frank explained that there was nothing I could do because the owners of the property didn’t sign the lease—although I was told otherwise.

I am a resident at one of the properties owned by this management company and I would never recommend doing business with this company ever!!! They stage their units to charge market rent and once you sign the lease you really experience what a dump their properties are. This company does nothing to maintain or professionally manage their properties yet they make it a point to increase your rent annually and charge you for anything they possibly can, such as parking, trash and water.

So I had a schedule viewing for a property at 2616 1/4 S. Cochran Ave. for 3/2/19 at 11am. I was actually traveling from about 45 minutes away for this appointment. The weather was very horrible. It was raining cats and dogs. As I sat in excitement to see this property I waited and waited for someone to come. No one showed up! I waited for about 35 minutes. I was interested in renting one of the properties advertised by Rampart. I was told everything looked great on the application but they just needed final approval from someone named Frank. I waited a few days but never heard anything back. I called the office and they said they still had to wait on Frank for him to make a decision. I asked to talk to Frank, but they said they hadn't seen him in the office that day. I waited a couple more days and called back and got the same story. I asked if Frank was a real person and if he actually worked there, and they assured me he was a real person

If there was a way to give negative stars, definitely would. Worst property "management" I've ever dealt with. Apartment wasn't ready when I moved in. Had tools in my living room, no appliances in the kitchen, screen on windows ripped and the shower water was boiling hot until they finally had maintenance come out days later to turn on the cold water.
Took me months to get a key to the gate where I paid to park my car. They like to play like their doing you a favor by doing their job. Have caught them in many lies. They are unprofessional in every way, shape and form.

This company is bullying people into not supporting rent control. As we all know some landlords, mainly property managers and real estate investors buy multiple properties to sky rocket the rents and raise the prices. This is how gentrification happens. Proposition 10 is not about not making them money, but ensuring renters aren't taken advantage off. This company as you can see from the reviews already lacks in providing adequate service. I was in town looking at apartments. I reached out to Rampart and inquired about viewing a property. Frank Acevedo responded and we set up a time to view. My girlfriend and I arrived to view it, and proceeded to sit on the street for 45 minutes waiting for him to show. He never did, and never responded to my followup communication. I left a message at Rampart and never heard back. Terrible service. Would not recommend using these people.

This still-standing death trap on 30th street is a solid place to live if you want bedbugs AND termites!!! also a kitchen with no ventilation!! also mold in the walls!!! also a neighbor whose gate sounds like a demon's screech!! also generally non-responsive management!!! I have been living here for many years now. I cant say how many times water damaged my belongings. They raise the rent every year without making any improvements to the units. I just gave my 30 day notice. Every since I decided to move, I have been harassed, spoke in a discriminating and demeaning manner, had my apartment entered without my permission. I called twice to make a complaint on behalf of Don Jorge who has been very unprofessional, he has been going around spreading rumors about me and invading my privacy. I spoke to Frank today, he made everything worse did not acknowledge my complaints

Just moved into a Rampart managed building and have been extremely happy with my cute apartment as well as the onsite manager! She's super sweet and more importantly, super responsive to any needs. It's a newly remodeled apartment, and therefore has needed some minor fixes, but again, they are on top of any requests. I have been very happy overall. Thanks Rampart!

Boyfriend and I moved to a Rampart building this past May after hearing great things from friends who live here too. We are very happy with our cute apartment (recently updated) and the website makes it easy to pay rent or any other fees. Our property manager is very responsive and we were moved in less than two weeks after first visiting.

Have lived in an apartment building in Long Beach, CA for 14 years. When Rampart Property took over the management of the building, they raised the rent over 50%. As tenants moved out, they remodeled the apartments. Cosmetically they look good.
I opted to move to a remodeled unit. However, was not able to transfer my original deposit to the unit so ended up paying another deposit. i was informed that I would receive a check for my original deposit along with a breakdown of items deducted. In accordance with California law I should have received the check and summary within 21 days, or as of June

I love my new apartment! I moved from Kansas to Cali and chose my apartment based on the awesome apartment manager who went out of her way to FaceTime and show me around.. more than once! I rented without seeing the place in person, and it was even better than expected. Quality units with excellent management! I hear very little noise from other tenants and feel safe and valued here. Definitely recommend!

1. Cockroaches everywhere in my unit
2. Poor customer and maintenance services
3. Over 24 hrs to even return my calls or fix problems (3 weeks to fix fridge!)
4. They lie! Beware: NO ASSIGNED PARKING
STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY!
No Frank, I am not taking this post down so don't ask. Fix the problems on my apt and maybe I can update review!
