We moved into our April 30,2021 had everything paid in full and issues fixed. TDI is amd has been a blessing to me just as LA Family Housing. We could not ask for better service then what we have got with TDI. Thank You.

Thus is my first place since moving to California, coming from Ohio. The manager addresses all needs and issues. There's effort there to keep it clean on the premises, the laundry room could use more of this though. The tenants are pretty decent too.

Moved into a unit in November 2019 and was promised a stove in the unit, plus laundry room in the building. I didnt recieve a mail key until end of January, the "laundry room" has been out of service the entire time, and I had to buy my own stove after TDI lying about putting one in the unit for a straight 2 months. I have had no working heater this winter, either. This company is GREEDY & SHADY to say the least.

I haven't lived or worked with TDI since 2016 and they illegally accessed my BANK account and took out a FULL OLD RENT payment and now I have to wait for the bank to reverse!! Anyone who has ever rented here call your bank and tell them that they are SCAMMING old tenants! It's a pandemic I don't want anyone else to be in this situation. they are NOT deleting old records! THEY KEEP ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION DO NOT RENT WITH THEM DO NOT RENT WITH THEM!!!!!!!!I am stuck!

Applied for an apt and was asked for rent and deposit money before the unit was properly cleaned or repaired. I opted out and was harassed about breaking a lease I never signed. I had to spend extra money for a lawyer to clear up this mess. Very unprofessional company, spend your money elsewhere.

They absolutely do not care about their tenants. Management has been made aware of unsafe living conditions multiple times and nothing is ever done. Mailboxes broken into, cars broken into, homeless people trespassing and loitering on the property and their pest control is POOR. TDI properties is very ghetto and I do not recommend!

The worst experience I've had with any property manager or landlord. Their MO is to avoid, lie, ignore, and avoid some more when you have any issues or problems you need addressing in your unit. It often takes months to get repairs done, and my fellow tenants all have the same complaint. I'm literally still waiting on a fix request I made 9 months ago and have followed up on multiple times. They are dishonest, cheap, and overall terrible people. We will be moving as soon as we can.

TDI hired a construction company called Cal Quake Construction INC to make noise all day during the holidays. Cutting off our utilities during a stay at home and a time when most people are laid off. They were hired solely to harass us.. no parking in you assigned spaces asbestos dust everywhere. This management TDI is the worst. They violate are housing rights as well. Our laundry room is always out of service, it's been out for a month now. Our mailbox is wide open and the front door has a broken window so anyone can access our mailboxes. We have 3 trash containers for 10-12 families which causes overflow and leaves our common areas smelling really trashy as well as looking trashy! No ones cleans the buildings as far as hallways or steps maybe every 3 months or so. They pass every charge they can over to the tenants and are SUPER SLOW on any repairs!

I've lived in Los Angeles for 8 years now and bounced around to 5 different rental properties. TDI Properties INC. is by far the worst management company I have ever been in contact with.

Employees are inherently rude every time they reach out, have little to no concern for tenants. TDI will lose your check if you send it in through the mail. I live at 2960 James M Wood Blvd. & have had many issues with our apartment. When you try to reach out to the property manager, Isaac he just ignores you lol. It's such a joke! Some issues below:

1. Bugs & Roaches! We have been living in this apartment for 6 months and we had to have the exterminator come multiple times. The first time was because of bed bugs. This was only after a couple months of living in this apartment. Neighbors were complaining that their units were infested with bed bugs and shortly after we started to see them too. More recently, our apartment has been inundated

Felix is a horrible property manager. I've been harassed by him on several occasions. He is rude, disrespectful and inconsiderate. He has made false accusations against me countless of times. I don't see how TDI can allow this behavior to continue happen. His behavior is definitely a violation of FHA housing.

Moved in September 1st, now on September 28th after a trip to the ER because of infected bites, I've been told I have bedbugs. This place had to be infested with them before I got here. Here's a photo of the common area hallway carpet in front of my apartment. Won't be cleaned because they're "changing the carpet out soon." I signed a year lease and it hasn't even been a month yet. I'm scared.

Trash piles up, the front door doesn't close half the time and it takes weeks for them to fix it, so packages are stolen constantly, they refuse to use the cameras that are already installed and blow you off or lie to you if they do answer or return your call, which is super rare. If you are two days late with the rent they absolutely will call, email and leave a nasty note on your door, but when you make multiple attempts to reach someone and leave voicemails and emails no one will reach out.

Before you sign, everything is perfect, the units are clean, Sandra was super helping but Once you get the key everything changes. I have been scammed by TDI Properties :

1- I had a dishwasher in my unit, I asked if I could put a washing machine instead, got denied, spent 1 year with no washing machin, and I dont have a car.
2- during the signature, sandra told us there were an AC in the unit, when destructive summer heat came, I called and asked where is the AC, they simply told me there was no AC in my unit that if i want one

At the beginning they were so helpful. But when I asked to see other apartments that are so much bigger then they started not to contact you or anything. The rep told me she was going to help me find an apartment and she was going to send me some links, took her 2 days to send me links. I asked her about an apartment and if it’s pet friendly and never got an answer back. I messaged the agent that help to see if it’s still available and pet friendly. Apparently the apartment was already unavailable.
