I have been living in one of their apartments for more then 8 years. They always treated me with respect and kindness. They even allowed me to add a new window into my closet (so it could be turned into an office) and they covered all the costs. I didn't have to pay a dime, and always have been very fast in response to "repairs" requests. One of the reasons why I have not moved out this amazing place is because they allowed me to make the apt feel like home.

I lived in one of their apartments for a year and a half and was treated horribly by the property manager Josh Miller. I felt very uneasy and unsafe knowing he had keys to my unit. He was very hostile showed up at random times and would threaten to tow my car when I was trying to bring up groceries . The building I lived in was infested with roaches and they wouldn't do anything about it after calling several times I just decided to pay for the exterminator myself, 300 out of my pocket. As of last month's there is about 2-3 rats that are stuck in the wall of my unit trying to claw their way in. I have been emailing maintenance about this issue and have literally gotten no response... I sent the owner and maintenance video footage where you can hear the rats trying to claw in and they just literally do not care, no response! guess Malu in maintenance just likes to hang out all day and literally do nothing. So once I have to call the city so something actually gets done.

Despite some really rough reviews on Yelp, I have to say I had a pleasant experience with all the management at this company. They were always incredibly responsive when I emailed or called, and they frequently made sure I was safe and things were taken care of in the apartment. I'm happy they were my landlords.

The absolute worst rent management company!! I have rented from a lot of companies and these people are completely neglegent and should not never be trusted. I had a leak in my ceiling over my bed and had to beg and plead to have it fixed for almost 3 months during this past winter with record rain fall. I called, I emailed, I put in maintenance requests, called my property manager and emailed as many people that I could every week for months and it still took them 3 months of lying and saying they would do it to finally do fix the leak when it was spring. These people are a continuous disappointment

This is probably the worst management company I’ve ever dealt with. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I have been trying to get in contact with My management so I can get maintenance done on my apartment since October 2018 I have still not gotten my apartment serviced! Yet they call me and send me notices of rent increases monthly. They lost my January rent, and threatened me with a 3- day eviction notice... seems like the only person that works there is Alyssa in collections obviously! The only time they carry out any maintenance is when inspectors request it, but the mickey mouse job only

Hello? I’ve been trying to contact you all for days now about getting my name changed on my lease so you can accept my rent payment and now no one will answer the phone during your listed business hours. This is absolutely ridiculous. If I could give 0 stars I would. There should be a better way to contact your own leasing company than leaving a bad review.

Easily the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Currently have a giant hole in our ceiling because their “maintenance” guy couldn’t properly repair our fan. Assured us that he had secured it after months of us requesting it be replaced because it was visibly falling out of the ceiling. it finally fell out because their maintenance guys shoddy work as predicted, shattered glass everywhere and we haven’t even as much as gotten a call back or an email. This company is straight garbage. DONT give them your business

They are still horrible and if anything more horrible than before Ive had rats in my walls for about a year now, no insulation in my walls, and the daintiest most worthless windows you can find. My girlfriend who has epilepsy is having constant seizures cuz of how loud it is in our unit. I know the prices might be enticing, but the hassle, disrespect, harassment, and illegal practices of this company are not worth it. There is a reason why there are flyers posted all over town about Fighting R&E Management! ;-) My Management Co is just one of their offshoot LLCs to dodge complaints. There is an embedded problem with the company itself, not the individuals working for them.

First of the year they took over the building I was living in. I moved out beginning of February and when I finally received my Security deposit back they sent me $35.00. Everything I was charged for contradicts previous correspondence I had with the former management for contradicts my lease. It's now been over a month, they do not return phone calls and they are not responding to emails. I've now resorted to emailing and calling every day. If negative stars were an option on here I would use those. This is ridiculous.

When it began to rain during the first week of December 2018, water leaked into our apartment complex causing damages to the kitchen, several rooms and a good amount of our personal belongs were ruined as well.

This company is horrible. We been telling them for months that there was an issue with the bathroom roof and nothing was done. Finally the roof felt off on a Saturday and every time the tenants flush the toilet from the upstairs it start leaking down to us. They didn’t sent a plumber till Wednesday that didn’t do nothing till Thursday. The roof keeps falling off I finally stop telling the rent collector and call maintenance my self got no live person after many attempts. Left a voicemail: message on recording said they check daily between 1-4pm and I know I left that message between those hours
