This was my first place ever, so i was in a rush to get in to my apartment. from day one, i have been dealing with major issues. from a/c problems, to leaks, mold. when i moved in the assured me it was move in ready but when i moved in i did nothing but clean for a week before moving anything in bc it was DISGUSTING. my ac went out and no one came nor answered my calls or maintenance request for three days. the walls are chipped and stained yellow due to the previous owner and when asked if they could help fix it, they told me it was cosmetic. which basically means NO. LMAOOOO. very unprofessional

Try getting anybody to answer a question at this place. The person who answers the phone is just a body and normally can't answer anything. You have to be very persistent and almost annoying to get answers or help from them. And now it appears they only rent to people who don't have pets. everyone l know has pets. They can do alot better.

Wish 0 stars were possible. Ameropan rent a unit in our community, and also used to manage a few properties within the community. Not anymore! They are horrible to do business with. They don't keep their word, don't pay rent, deceive, deliberately lie, and from what I hear, are about to leave town, leaving all outstanding debts behind in the dust.

I been there for a year , no hot water for 6 weeks and heat either, AC didn’t work for 4 weeks,
Etc,,, flood in the house , etc
They don’t fixed nothing but they want their rent money. Mold in the house and bedbugs in the carpet since I move in and now they try to rep off the owner for money

When I say RUN, I mean RUN! All of the negative reviews are TRUE. The workers are EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude they will even go the extra step to harass you via text. We have had a leaking bathroom sink issue for the last three months and they always come up with excuses and not to fix it and how it isn’t even that big of a deal and that my boyfriend and I should just learn to live with it. There’s now wood rot and our bathroom cabinet fell off the wall, The owner of the property that we’re in lives in another country and I highly doubt they would be OK with what’s happening to their

My AC stopped working since Saturday morning I have been contacting emergency line but nobody answers I left 5 voice mails stating what the emergency is no response has been received. Today is Sunday 7/12/20 and we still without AC dying and still have not received any response or have anyone stop by to check it . I have been with this company 2 years and there were things I did not like about this place but this is by far the worst think I have had to deal with. Person can dye from heat and there is no one to speak with. Office is closed and the rule is I can not have someone fix it then bill

Rented a condo/apartment with this company. When I first got into the apartment I notice a roach, the said they would spray but the roaches never went away. Also if something breaks under $100 you have to pay for it. Nothing worked in my unit. I had to replace the garage disposal even thought it was broken before I moved in. The dishwasher also didn't work. I replaced that, but didn't get credit for it. Also the fridge leaked water on the inside, it would ruin my food. The dryer would eat my clothes. The water heater would only heat enough water to take a 5 min shower. Nothing worked and nothing

So I just rented a home with these guys on 4/15/20 they work great! They worked with me on the security deposit, letting me pay them the security deposit but not pay the cleaning and leasing fee and 1st months rent until the 15th when I got my keys. Absolutely 0 communication or care for their customers. Even when they promise to make attempted to do better they do not follow up. I went without Heating and Air Confitioning for over 5 weeks regardless of how many messages I sent or times I've phoned in. Yes- it was eventually fixed, but even when they finally paid someone to fix it- there was 0 communication with me in order to schedule a repair. The most infuriating part, in my mind, is the price of repair was $500 (the HVAC technician told me this). I went more than 5 weeks because this company cannot communicate/expense a $500 part for my

I've been hesitant to leave a review because I wanted to give them a fair chance, and after multiple encounters (at least 5) I feel exactly the same as the other tenants that have left 1 star reviews, because simply it is the truth.
