I absolutely love my apartment but hate my upstairs neighbors they purposely stomp and allow their kids to run through the house all the time. I started hitting the ceiling but caused them to be louder notified our new management and basically was told deal with it. Wasn’t aware of the completely new staff but whoever I spoke with didn’t even provide me their name and her attitude was like she hates her job been trying to get information on a carport which was available at the beginning of November for December but now nothings available. I’m completely displeased with the customer service

The management team is so bad now. The community manager's attitude is so rude. My room has bed bug and she notified me the time to spray and emphasized that if I will not ready I will be charged. I arranged already and on that day they did not come. She called me to tell they cancel and they will come on saturday (the next day). I told her that my kids stay at home on saturday. No answer and she ended the call. Oh my god, without sorry, without explanation, just order. She thinks she was a god and I have to obey.

I don't like the new management team. they made an appointment for maintenance at our apartment but they never showed up. they gave us a specific date and told us to have our house ready by then or else we'll get fined. We had been preping our house for days, getting ready for the cleanup and yet they never came. they didn't apologize or at least tell us some kind of "sorry". they just dismissed us with a "we can't do it today" and hung up.

Absolutely perfect! Perfect spacious spotless apartment! The grounds are kept very nicely and very clean. Margie the property manager was extremely welcoming and super kind. I would highly recommend living here the apartments are beautiful and the neighbors are really nice! this is by far one of the greatest apartment complexes. Avery is very polite and always available when you need her. The maintenance crew is awesome as well! They do a great job!

We've been VERY happy living here and appreciate the maintenance teams timely response to work orders and the office staff for always being available and accommodating when we had questions. Anytime we've walked through the community room or passing by the parking lot the staff always acknowledges and says hi and ask how we're doing. I also LOVE the dog park there! I take Pebble there every afternoon. I spoke with Misty in the office about renewing our lease, and she is the most bubbly & sweetest person ever! We will be renewing our lease with them next week and wanted to say how happy I am that

My family and I found this apartment complex online and decided to rent before we moved to this state. We were truly impressed with the level of service James offered on day one. Alexandria and Kaylie are so helpful and patient when asking questions! Great layout and really nice workout room. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to rent in Wylie.

My family and I toured with Kaylie and she was so helpful and answered all of our questions while taking us on a tour of the beautiful community. The manager James and Assistant Manager Alex came out and introduced themselves and took the time to get to know us.
When a couple of the maintenance men walked by they also stopped and said hi while James introduced us all.
This type of customer service is rare and we truly appreciated the time and attention they gave us. We leased on the spot!
We love the spacious and beautiful apartment and the pool and movie theater are our favorite amenities.

I moved into these apartment's 3 wks ago and I'm so in LOVE!! I had called inquiring about Seventy8 and Westgate and spoke with Kayley. I was in a major dilemma when I called and asked Kayley if there was an apartment available the following day to move into and to my surprise there was. She was super kind and helpful! She was able to get me approved and in my apartment in less than 24 hrs. Since the move, anything that I needed Kayley has answered all my questions and concerns! I highly recommend this property. Their customer service is on point!
