We have only been here for a short amount of time. Chloe the Assistance manager at The Parc of Wylie has treated us like we was one of the family. We had never lived in an apartment with such hands on quick response to with maintenance. Amador was very professional hands on responding. I would recommend the Parc of Wylie. 👍

I've lived here for going on 3 years now. Jennifer and the girls(and formerly guy, hope Taylor is doing well at his new location) at the office are always pleasant. Never have any big issues. Any issues I do have are dealt with quickly.
I only stop by the office a few times a month and Jennifer still remembers my name each time I'm there, a nice touch for sure.
Long story short, nice place to live and good staff.

Mackenzie in the leasing office is great! She has been so helpful and she is so organized. She went out of her way to make getting ready to move to the Parcs the best experience. I am so excited to live in this complex, It's going to be an awesome home. The management is extremely good with communicating and they always get back to you so fast. Mackenzie also gave me great options to find which apartment would be the best for me with the cost, space, and convenience of taking out trash and parking! I highly recommend this complex.

My husband have been living here almost a year now and absolutely love it. Everyone at the office is so nice and helpful- Jen is awesome! The apartments are nice and they are a great price considering it's a gated community with great amenities (the pool is huge and they have a playground too). Also, there are in-unit washer and dryers, which was a huge selling point for us. The leasing office has community events each month, and on the 3rd each month they're open late to accept rent payment and they have free pizza. This is by far the nicest place to live. The staff is by far the best, they are courteous and always ready to help you with any problem you might have. The staff is also ready to work on any problem you have and their response to a problem is immediate, you don't have to wait very long for repairs that might come up. I love their personalities and they are always ready with a smile and I'm talking not only the staff but the guys who do the grunt work are never too busy to give you a hello and ask how you are doing. Living here has been such a pleasant experience. Beautiful apartments, quiet community, clean, nice layouts, and a great maintenance team. All of the office staff are always helpful and friendly. Jennifer, Taylor and Jessica always promptly deal with any concerns we have and are very nice! You will not regret moving here. I am excited to renew my lease.

Parc at Wylie is such a nice place to live! Layouts are nice, the community is quiet, and the office staff is spectacular. They are always more than willing to help with anything you need. I have had a pleasant time while staying here. If you're looking to live in the Wylie area, I definitely suggest here.

The extra charges are outrages. One person living in a one bedroom and the water bill is over $75. They do not separate the bill fairly. They also charge 25 per month for trash pick up, so that means they pick up your trash? NO that means they provide a dumpster for you to carry your trash out. And parking is a nightmare, don't go anywhere after. 5 pm or you will not have a space when you get back.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Jennifer is not even the slightest bit professional. I left messages for her and directly emailed her and never received a message or reply back. Instead she had her team members do her work for her even though I asked to speak to her. I’m in the industry and would never treat anyone the way I’ve been treated and I know reviews go a long way with properties so good luck trying to contact me to change mine! 👍🏼
