I absolutely love living here at Parkside. The dog park is a great amenity and the atmosphere here is quiet. The grounds are always clean and the buildings are well taken care of.

I’ll be moving here in 2 weeks. So far, the communication with my leasing manager has been great. Tera Savage has been quick to email me back whenever I have questions. I’m excited to move in. Plus, I love how the place is closer to where I teach! Praying for a smooth transition! I will review again later down the road.

I have lived here off and on since 2019. When covid hit I don’t think the management knew what to do so a lot of things and getting in contact with them was a nightmare especially at that time. Now you can walk into the office or email, but I still recommend avoiding the headache of calling them. Once you get into contact with them, they are very kind and do their best to work with you. Work orders come in relatively timely (even throughout covid). Parking enforcement is strange and spotty as some days that towing truck has a hay day pulling unregistered cars out and sometimes there will be cars

I called multiple times about touring and they never answered. Drove an hour to try to take a tour. When we get there they were really rude and didn’t even give us the time of day. They said they were too busy and we couldn’t tour. Please don’t waist your time with them. Worst experience I’ve ever had with apartments!

Horrible service, the leasing agent “Tera Savage” is very unprofessional. WE WALKED IN WITH ALL THE INTENSIONS OF LEASING but based on the bad service we received this is not going to be the case. she refused to help us and git very upset and raised her voice while we were asking for information. Waterton this is very sad to promote someone as she said she just got promoted. If someone has no customer service anyone walking in feels as so our money is not welcomed. I am not even sure her name is Tera as she stated because she refused to give me her business card and gave me the business card

It’s been a pretty good place so far! Nice floor plan and has nice prices for the quality and location of the place the only issue we’ve had was the fire alarm have been going off a lot but I think it’s just due to people turning on the heaters bc it’s getting cold out but other then that it’s been a really nice place to live👍🏼

I wanted to hold off on rating this place until after I had lived here for a bit. There are a lot of pros and cons and most of the reviews here are pretty accurate. The reason I decided to write a review now, was to give a shout out to maintenance. When I moved in, my AC didn't work. Angel has been so kind, kept me updated and got everything fixed for me. Him and his team had to deal with my apartment being full of boxes and mid unpacking madness and they were still able to do what they needed to do. I had to put in a few other maintenance requests and they have been working on everything in a

Quiet nice place. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. The office could be better at answering phone calls but are more than helpful when you go to the front office. ONE THING THAT IS A PROBLEM FOR ME. Level 3 stairs are constantly disgustingly dirty. People constantly leaving food, spitting, spilling drinks. I have provided some pictures. Even broken baby food. A good old pressure washer with water will solve this in a matter of time.
