My wife and I looked all over Grayson County for the perfect apartment complex and finally settled on Gateway Village. We were happy with our choice right from the start. The apartment we had was well configured with luxury appliances and spacious rooms. The staff were absolutely super, always available and helpful. Maintenance was seldom required but when it was, it was always completed promptly. The apartment grounds and amenities were spotless. We really enjoyed our time at Gateway Village and have no hesitation with recommending it as a great place to make home.

I enjoyed my time at The Residence at Gateway Village so much! I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone searching for an apartment home in Grayson County. Not only did I love my unit, but the customer service was incomparable. Any time I ever had a question or needed anything, Megan and Melanie were quick to respond! They were so friendly and would plan events outside of their normal work hours to help us build friendships within the Gateway Village community. Like I said, I highly recommend!

We reached out them in a pinch, looking for short term housing while our house was built. Ethan was great during the leasing process and was very accommodating. During our stay, he and Melanie were absolutely wonderful. They were very professional and receptive & gracious to take any feedback or answer any questions. Lastly, James and Gilbert are fantastic maintenance personnel. If we ever called about something, one of them was right there to identify and resolve anything that came up.

We are in the process of moving in and everything has been superb! All the staff have been great and made sure everything is in tip top shape and ready for us to move in. They have been professional, polite and most of all very helpful!
Even though this complex has some buildings under construction, the construction crews have gone out of their way to make sure that they don't interfere with daily living. They too have all been polite and professional and have even gone as far as explain when they are working in the area around our apartment, they make sure we know what they are doing and assure

The customer service from the office staff I have recieved has lead to me to give this place 5 Stars. I feel like I am a person and not an apartment number. I toured the complex and it is beautiful from the club house to the model. If you want to live in the best place in town, then I would pick this complex. 5 Star customer service, beautiful place, the pool looks like it going to be amazing and talk about a fitness center. It feels like home.

Beautiful new complex with caring management. (I don't live there, but have several friends who live there; I visit frequently.) A growing number of senior citizens live there and are pleased that they do. Gave 4 stars only because there are a few issues at Gateway, but they seem to be the typical sort associated with any new construction. Wouldn't think twice if my mom wanted to move there!
