Lakeside Village

This place is a joke. I don't understand why this property has an office that that states that is open Monday thru Friday 9:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M . the walls in this building need more Insulation and is very noticeable. how come the city doesn't send an Inspector. and paying the rent and water on time and full, doesn't mean that I need to have unexpected charge of 13$ . and if i want to figure out why the over charge, well let's be honest, the manager or receptionist is on there 15% of the time and this office is always closed.

Great place to live. Office manager always went above and beyond to provide prompt assistance. They regulate very carefully who they allow as residents making it a very safe complex.

Great Location. Quiet community. Everyone keeps to themselves. Friendly enviorment. Very clean and the up keep of the property has been very well maintained since Rossy the new manager has been here, she has given the complex a good new vibe. Rossy is very friendly, outgoing, personable and punctual. Between her and the property maintnance man they are on top of all the maintenance calls. Our dishwasher started leaking. I called the office, was told maintnance would be up in a few minutes. Literally 2 mins later he was here. On a Saturday our A/C went out. I called the emergency number and left

Stopped by to inquire about an apartment, but no one was there during business hours. A missed delivery slip on the door was time stamped 09:50am so I guess they haven't been there all day. I wonder how they acquire new tenants with those businesses practices. Guess I will rent with someone who can show up for work.

This place is disgusting, infested with bugs. The regional manager Mary, is a lazy women, who lies constantly. I moved into this place in October, a week later I received a notice that the apartment was infected with bed bugs and to pack everything of mine back up put it all on the patio and it was going to be treated. Here we are 6 months later, all my stuff is ruined, and the regional property manager Mary is saying that in the beginning it was there fault but since they couldn't get rid of them, its some how now my fault. It's not my fault they hired an incompetent company that didn’t fix

I was lived for over 4 years I love this place but current office manager is she not welcome & rude........

This place has been an absolute joke since the day I moved in. Then 3 months in to my lease they change management companies. They say they are open until 530 pm Mon-Fri yet in the afternoon the office is always locked and there is never anybody there. I cant wait until my lease is up so I can get the hell out of this dump!!!!!!!

The manager here is really helpful and tries very hard to please all residents. The place is quiet and clean. It's a small complex and I like that , close to everything u need.

Apartment is clean and crime free. Recently remodeled apartments look very nice.
