As others have noted, you can hear a lot in these buildings. It's all faux wood flooring was definitely an incentive since we have a dog. Unfortunately, the downstairs neighbors hear every single move you make. We seemed to have an extremely sensitive neighbor who complained about us doing simple things like going to the bathroom at 1am or walking in with groceries at noon. We were given the option to move or potentially be evicted. It's a beautiful complex no doubt, but not a place for families. It is common for management to ask families to relocate to 1st floor units if the downstairs neighbor

My husband & I have moved around a lot & have lived in multiple apartment complexes throughout the country, at least 5 separate states, this is by far the best apartment complex we’ve lived.
Firstly we lived at Silver Oaks for about 2 years. The property itself is very nice, the people who live here are the sweetest and most importantly management at Silver Oaks will really take care of you and they constantly work to upkeep the property. I’ve never lived anywhere that pressure washed the side walks and cleaned everything so meticulously. They are pleasant and make everything effortless. Interactions

Silver Oaks is not just an apartment complex but a true neighborhood. Management goes above and beyond in making sure the residents are informed about events, maintenance issues, safety compliance and they are always available and friendly. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and I’m proud to show off my home. I like being recognized and called by my first name when office staff see me and the clubhouse is welcoming and tempting with snacks and free Starbucks coffee. The pool area is outstanding too. It's obvious that Silver Oaks’ first concern is its residents and their place they call

DO NOT LEASE HERE, I currently have a lease in which my water/sewage bill increased from $18/month to $60/month, which is absolutely unheard of for an apartment! The management is rude and unhelpful; they have been inconsistent and unorganized from day one. The company/complex has basically shooed the issue off as it was not their problem because… the billing isn’t to them, had this been just me I would handle the issue with the parish but this has affected every unit, every unit is being charged $42.50/month just in sewage alone! so While I’m having to sit at my job and do theirs

I think it is absolutely wonderful, I was hesitant to lease without viewing the property as it was still under construction at that time. I’ve been here since the first day of opening in November 2018. I could not be happier, it was the best decision I could have made. My family visits often, and mentions it feels as though they are at a “resort”,… and I feel the same way daily. The management is so easy to deal with, and always smiling.
