Staff was always helpful and friendly. Two small issues I had were addressed immediately. AC filters and pest control were performed monthly. The gym was clean and maintained and the track around the lake is great! The maintenance crew did an excellent job in keeping the common grounds clean and maintained. I would definitely recommend the complex!

Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there. I signed at 12 month lease for a one bed room for $917.00. Once my 12 months was up and I was ready to leave the said I owe $1437.00 because I didn’t give a 30 day notice even the my lease was up. The apartment really not that nice and it’s really not worth it.

I lived in this apartment complex for 2.5 years as it was close to where I worked and minutes from I-10. The entire time living there, I received notices stating I was short on rent and had balances due. I was paying the full amount and at times over but still found myself repeatedly going to the office to prove I paid the full amount. The hinges for the doors in the apartment were stripped from previous tenants , the blinds were flimsy and broke easily, and my ac would leak when on. I made MANY attempts to have my blinds and doors replaced by maintenance requests and even offered to pay for it

Been lived there for like 4 years (started in 2014) , my rent went up annually without any noticed. When we moved out the apartment, they told us we “missed” the time frame to tell them about we don’t want the apartment anymore. So they made us to pay additional 2-3 months rental. They also refused to give us back the deposit money and their excuse was they changed the management in the middle so they don’t have that deposit. I asked them to check the record but they keep pushing it to the previous management and said that they couldn’t return it to us. Definitely go somewhere else for

The quality of building is horrible. Even if the one kid upstairs normally walks, the whole roof for the lower neighbor quakes. Owners have to use thick carpets upstairs to dampen the steps and quakes, but of coarse they don’t care if people downstairs suffer from the people upstairs. I am not sure whether or not they have replaced the carpets since the original installation years ago. Worse comes to worst when we learned the managers have put a nonsense rule that before 9-10 PM you cannot complain about misbehavior of other neighbors, and apparently families with kids are taking advantage of

Don't stay here. You will regret it. So not worth it. Paying over $1000/month for an old, dirty apartment!
For that price I expected some place much nice.
We stayed there for 10 months, (unit # 1505). A list of things had to be repair -- AC (2 times), washer (3-4 times), garbage disposal (2 times).
Though the repair guy did show up, the washer and garbage disposal were never fixed, still leaking. These units are so old and so are the appliances.
Please search around before you sign as there are other options -- way better!.

Absolutely terrible. Lived there 4 years ONLY because there were no other options close to work. Apartments are in horrible condition for the outrageous amount they charge rent. Front office never has answers to your questions and always has problems with billing. They are quick to remind you if you owe them money but are hesitant when they owe you money. Took 4 months for them to get my contract corrected due to overcharging. And just because your online balance says $0 and the front office says that your balance is $0, don’t be surprised if you receive a letter from the debt collectors two
