Living here is fine, but I had to break my lease early, so I paid the lease breakage fee which is completely understandable. I paid my fee and was told I didn't owe anything else. But after moving they tried to charge me an extra $1600 (with no explanation). But the worst part is they never actually tried to contact me to let me know I owed them… money, instead they just sent a debt collector after me. When question why I owed anything, they said it was my lease breakage fee, which I already paid. I have talked to 2 other previous residents who had similar experiences after moving out, so

We have seriously had the best experience here! From day one, Mikah helped answer any questions I had.. which was a lot. And he was so so patient with me! We had a minor maintenance request when we first moved in and maintenance responded like it was their number one priority and quickly handled what needed to be handled (it was not an emergency,… they’re just that good) and he was so attentive to our request. I could go on for days about the cleanliness of this place and the unit we rented, we have recommended to friends already and would continue to recommend! Love this place and

Five stars is not enough to show how happy I am with 2020 Legacy, especially in regards to the Leasing Consultant Michel. The staff made me feel at home. Michel has always been a great help and you'll be in great hands if you work with him. The spotlight this time needs to be shined on Michel for all the hard work put in from the devastation of the hurricane Ida.

I absolutely love it here. I’ve been here 9 months and there’s not one negative thing I could say about the community. The staff is FABULOUS! Amanda, Mikah, Rick, Katie – you all are awesome!! …The atmosphere of the pool and pond is like a great escape. The dog park and café are icing on the cake for me and my little fur-baby, Captain.
