My wife and I just moved to BR and have been searching for apartments for months. We ended up finding this hidden gem. Great and quiet community with a very informative and helpful staff. If you need a place to live come talk to Angelle Tatum at Ivy Park. She was super friendly and got us settled in, in no time. Definitely recommend!

I am very happy to be here; I was previously at the Addison, in there with the High Grove, behind the Mall of Louisiana, and I can tell you this is a much better maintained property and I have the same amenities in this upgraded apartment, minus the ten foot ceiling. I'm getting a better deal, the Ladies in the office are very professional and it's always a pleasure to drop in and visit with them. In fact, this location here in 70817 is working out even better for me as I commute all over, running residential service, than the congestion I was dealing with at Bluebonnet and Perkins.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. It was a nightmare living there and still is after leaving. They tried to file with a collection agency even though my lease was completed and completely paid. The nightmare while living there included drug deals throughout the parking lot. Trash overflowing the dumpsters to the extent of blocking roadways. Gates that never worked.ac unit would always break. Cops where always in the complex but that is never a great sign from constant break ins and homeless riffraff that live behind the fence line. The management was a joke never responsive. I believe

I’ve been here little less than a month and I haven’t had any big issues. The maintenance team is always helpful and prompt when making sure my issues are addressed, and Angelle, the leasing agent, has been very accommodating and helpful through email messages. Looking forward to the rest of my time here.

I've never been so disrespected by a leasing agent or property manager than I have trying to work with employees here. No one answers the phone but when you go into the office they either ignore you or if you are able to speak with anyone Angelle is incredibly rude and combative. I called, emailed and attempted to come in several times with no appropriate response. Beware of this property and Angelle.

This apartment complex has gone down hill since Lynelle is no longer the manager! Samantha is currently the property manager, and has very poor management skills. She is rude and very unwelcoming. The grounds are unkept, they do not treat the grounds for pest, and management is never available via phone for assistance. Today has been the final straw for me! There were approximately 30-40 residents lined up at the housing office due to boots being placed on there vehicles and having to pay $200 per vehicle to have them removed. Management would not speak with any of us and left ONE leasing agent
