Pet Policy: Manchac Lake Welcomes your Furry companions with an on-site Bark Park and pet stations throughout the community. We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. Breed restrictions may apply. Pet Fee: $350 for 1 pet or $500 for 2 pets. Monthly Pet Rent: $10 per pet. Parking Comment: Surfact Lot, Assigned Covered Parking, Detached Garages, Attached Garages in Select Units.

We've lived here for about a month now and the place is beautiful and very spacious. The only complaints I have are about the parking and the diligence of the office staff. We got a price from the office before signing our lease. On the day we went to sign, we were given a completely different price. I was really alarmed because we almost signed under false pretenses. We decided to sign anyway. When we got the keys, we noticed there was still some belongings from the old residents in the storage unit. I had to contact them 4 times to finally have it removed. As for the parking, there is not enough

Recently moved in here and wanted to express my gratitude for the ladies in management here, Dena has been amazing since our very first conversation, Amanda is always so polite and charming, when she toured us she made me want to be apart of their Manchac Family, her spirit is intoxicating 😍 Cali(I have just recently met) is sweet and extremely thorough, love this❤️. When we moved in, there were things that needed attention in our apartment and she was right on it.

I have enjoyed my time at Manchac Lakes since I signed my lease. The biggest downside was I moved in literally a week before COVID19 shut everything down. The facilities are clean and well kept and the same goes for all the landscaping and exteriors of the buildings. The office staff has always been extremely kind and friendly with any issues that have arisen during my time here. Melinda, Dena, and the AMAZING AMANDA always have a positive attitude. They help me if I need anything printed or help with other things. They are professional and bring a lot of positive energy into the time they have

Upon walking in for the first time it felt like home, I felt so welcomed and was brought with amazing energy! Ever since I signed my lease 5 months ago, I have never had a single problem. All the staff in the front office are like family too me now! Beautiful apartments and nice neighbors, I couldn’t be more satisfied! The location is a huge advantage due it being right off Airline Hwy and along the city line of Baton Rouge! 10/10 would recommend this apartment complex to anyone interested in a wonderful living experience!!!

This is by far the BEST apartment complex I have ever lived at. The community is always clean the office staff are really good with responding to phone calls, emails and anything you may need from them. I was about to leave the complex due to me wanting to be back in Texas buttttt the pandemic isn’t over and I don’t have a lot of certainty on what’s going to happen so I decided to stay. Best decision ever. You won’t regret living here I promise you that. (No I was not asked to leave a review I just felt it was necessary because of the great management we have here)
