Do NOT WHEN I MEAN DO NOT
believe this scam of a business waiting 7 days for them to tell me 3 days later they chose someone else for the property i had applied for, I even called 2 days in a row to ask why the Building i had applied for was no longer available on the website they had listed it...
they kept giving me the run around. Audrey the lady who helped me seemed very nice & genuine at first but would lie about calling me back would take hours and days in order to reach her.

This management company is severely in need of an upgrade. They are operating in 1995. Everything is still done with checks and cash.
The majority of workers in the office are disrespectful to possible incoming tenants, the website hasn't been updated in 8 months, communication through their email is abysmal, and the overall lack of awareness is appalling.
Dealing with the absence of professionalism during the process of trying to renting one of their properties is flat out not worth your time or application fees. Stay away from this leasing company.

The days leading up to move-in, these ladies at the property were kind and helpful. Toward the end of our lease, they were impatient, rude, and were even shouting with frustration from my questions in the background of my phone conversations with another member of this questionable management office. I shared my apartment with two inconsiderate kids who knew very little about respect for others, communication, and cleanliness. The ladies at the property continued to give me attitude when I called with questions for finalizing our mediocre stay at this property. The property management hardly paid

They don't care about their tenants. They don't care about the community. They do try to evict families, without just cause, just because they can.
Any good management company knows that it's not just about the property but the people who live on the property, in a reciprocal relationship. This isn't the case here. Instead, it's just Envoy Property Management harassing their own tenants.

The best thing I can say about how they manage their properties is, as a tenant, they really don't care. You can pretty much do whatever you want within your apartment outside of structural changes lol.
If you've got a handyman in the family, you're set. Don't try to get anything fixed through them, it's gonna take weeks. They know I've met their people, so when I call now they literally ask me to call the handyman directly myself, annoying for some, but hey if they aren't charging me anything, I don't mind. But yeah, they are the last resort, not the first

As you can see from past reviews this management company employs people that are rude, unprofessional and give inconsistent information. It seams as if they don't communicate with each other, give out wrong information and cover it up by saying WE the consumer misunderstood or are making something up.
Searching for place to in Los Angeles is difficult already and these people make it more of an unpleasant situation. Save yourself the time and energy and avoid. Unless you want to deal with poor unprofessional attitudes.

As a new property owner, Envoy is great. Curitus and efficient, and they handle the tenants very well. I noticed that a lot of the complaints are tenants and customers whining and passing the buck on their mistakes. It is alway a good policy to read the reviews and think and consider what the context is.

Called regarding a property for rent. Was told I only had 50 minutes left to pick up keys as they stop handing out keys at 11am. I bolted over and asked how long I would have the keys for and was told they have to be back by 12, which wasn't going to work with my schedule. She said I could come weekdays 9-3:30pm instead. I told her that for a Property Management company they have restrictive hours that aren't incredibly convenient. She rolled her eyes at me and said "whatever". After that experience, I don't care how great the place is, I wouldn't rent from them.

Let me start this review by saying that the "ladies" (if you can call them that) who work at the company's office are by far, the most incompetent people I've ever had to deal with.
Forget trying to get something in your apartment fixed. I called countless times to request repairs in our apartment.
My messages were just relayed over to someone else or were not in the system to begin with. They kept no record of tenants calling!
The stairwells in our apartment complex were always filthy even after countless calls I made telling them that they were unsanitary.
These ladies

If I could give less than one star I would. This management company is the worst I've ever dealt with or even heard of. I would absolutely not recommend renting one of their properties. I rented a unit from them for over a year and they were pleasant enough at the beginning, but as soon as the lease was signed it was all downhill. It took SO MUCH pressure to get them to acknowledge and then actually have someone come to the unit to fix essential things like major electrical, plumbing, sanitation and even architectural code safety violation issues. At one point at the beginning of my tenancy

I lived in a building managed by Envoy for about 6 1/2 years. For the most part, I was satisfied with my experience. I would say they are a typical L.A. landlord that does the bare minimum, but their maintenance and repair people were VERY responsive and super nice. They would usually arrive same day - including one morning when I called in a panic because there was a mouse in my toilet, and one of the guys was over within 30 minutes to make it disappear.
I had one bad experience with Bruce, one of the managers. One day, I found an eviction notice on my door, claiming that I owed them $900. They
