Harbour Cay, what can I say. Marlene was an immeasurable help, and never tired of my calls daily inquiring about apartment was available. Since moving in Marlene and Catherine have been extremely helpful. The apartment has beautiful floors and has been freshly painted throughout. The maintenance team is great. All are professional, polite and very responsive. I can't say enough about Harbour Cay. I would recommend anyone to look to move here.

Its sad that I see reviews and people have such beautiful floors and customer service. We have been waiting for our ceiling in the bathroom to be redone. The upstairs toilet was leaking and leaked into our bathroom. We were told that it would be fixed a couple of months and still nothing. Our ac isn't working , God forbid We ask for them to fix it, it will take a year. Its nice to know that some people get treated well. While others are still waiting for a glimpse of sunshine. Finally got new washers and dryers... as much as we pay we should have washer and dryer in unit. At one time it seemed

I've added pictures of the major flooding that happens when it rains heavily. This is every time there's heavy rains. EVERY TIME. The flooding is not something new. One or two cars usually end up in this ditch. They've raised the rents but this is a regular problem that doesn't look like it will be fixed any time soon, so consider that when renting. There's other issues there as well, talk to residents before going in the office for a tour or to fill out an app.

I have been living here for 2 years and never had any issues. I’m closer to the kingsman way side. Maintenance was always fixed when needed, my neighbors were quiet, my calls were always answered. Not a huge fan of not having a laundry machine in my apartment but I signed the lease knowing that. If I wasn’t buying a home I would definitely stay, this place has been good to me

I wish could leave a better review but I cant. There are so many issues its hard to name them: Let me start with saying that we don't usually have any issues with the office staff, yes they could be a little more polite but customer service is a difficult job. Now, let me also say the facilities here are awful or completely off limits. The laundry room is the worst, the washers and dryers are ALWAYS down. Always. How does this even happen? How are 8 out of 10 washers constantly broken? With the amount of people that live here. Or when you do a load of laundry you are spending almost 20 dollars
