A wonderful place to live! Office staff is extremely helpful through every step of the process from applying to signing the lease. They are prompt in responding to all your questions as a resident. Maintenance is on top of any issues that come up. Definitely the best rent price in town. Would recommend this apartment complex to anyone!

I’ve lived at Ocean Pointe for about 4 years. This is a great place to live whether you’re single or have kids. The level of safety you feel is like a warm protective blanket in a snowstorm. The staff is caring and concerned about your well-being especially the office staff, so friendly and easy to talk to. Special kudos to Miss Margaret who is always so understanding.

I have lived here since 2014. I really love it. It is a safe quiet neighborhood and the tenants look after one another. Especially in my building. The office staff and maintenance crew are friendly and respectful. I plan to stay as long as it remains affordable. It is currently the lowest in the area that I know of.

I would most DEFINITELY recommend Ocean Pointe! 5 stars are not enough. If I could I would give them 1000 stars! The office staff Margaret and Samantha are the best! The maintenance staff is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable, I really can’t say enough about how I love it here, if it weren’t for the fact that I have to move out of state I would not be leaving. If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet place to live Ocean Pointe is the place to choose!

I love my home at Ocean Pointe Apartments in Stuart. I have wonderful Neighbors the staff keeps the grounds very clean and orderly and now that they have just finished painting and power-washing all buildings that looks like a brand new community! I'm only 10 minutes from Downtown Stuart and less than 10 minutes to get to the Ocean Beach. ,the… girls in the office are wonderful and very friendly and the maintenance guys for quick to fix any problem you may have. me and my Brandi love living here and would recommend it to anybody looking for an affordable place to live!

Quiet, CLEAN, affordable apartment complex with a superb staff. Near great public and private schools and local library, Historical Downtown Stuart which has great shops and a farmers market on Sundays. Know what else is great. Your minutes from Hutchinson Island beaches and the famous Bathtub Reef Beach. I enjoy living here at Ocean Pointe Apartments and experiencing what Martin County has to offer.

My wife Liz & I have lived at Ocean Point 5 years and we love it. The staff is attentive, caring, and professional but also very relational in approach. Some of our apartment appliances were getting rather worn and not working, and instead of just patching up temporary fixes they determined new appliances were better for us where needed. We wholeheartedly recommend Ocean Pointe Apartments.

Have lived here 5 years now! Amazing caring staff! In the event of emergencies, they are extremely quick to respond! Maintenance staff are very respectful of our homes as well! They take such good care of the property and those of us who enjoying using it too. I would highly recommend living in this neighborhood!

I absolutely love living here. I’ve been here almost 6 months and never have had a complaint. The staff has always taken good care of me since the day I applied. The managers are both so kind and understanding. All in all, The apartments are fantastic for the price and are very well managed and taken care of. When I’ve had any issues or questions about maintenance, they come the same or next day. The complex itself is very safe and that’s a plus especially when raising a child here! I give them a 10/10 👏🏼 I hope this helps for anyone reading reviews wondering about applying, the answer
