Mold growing on ceilings, roaches everywhere and loose windows for flys to get. I can keep on going with the problems of this place they’re are rats everywhere and it’s a constant battle with pests. The walls are super thin so there is barely privacy and the fire alarms are out of date. Also there is a lot of flooding on first floors and flooding in the parking spots. If you want to live here I advise you to ask the other tenants of this place and read the reviews because you will mostly get what I just said. To be honest I don’t even know how this place is running with the amount of problems

This apartment complex is basically one giant roach motel. There is just a constant battle with cockroaches of all kind NON-STOP all year. I haven't gone in our kitchen in months and they occasionally pop up in the bedrooms. The landlord is nice, but they don't seem to be able to do anything about this major pest issues occurring in the complex. On top of that, after renewing our lease because we couldn't afford first last and security on another place, they RAISED the rent! claiming that the property value is improving. I don't understand how that can be with the lack of privacy because of the
