Looks fine when they first show you it, but then you move in. They use cheap carpet throughout the entire place, except in the bathrooms and kitchen, where they use laminate and a small 3 x 3 tiled area by the door. Carpet snags very easily. They spray painted over the sinks to make them look nicer. The painting job looks terrible with dust and hair in the dried paint on the walls. Paint not cut in anywhere. Bathroom tiles had quite a bit of dried paint on them. It looks like they cleaned their brushes in the tub cause when I cleaned the drain, I pulled out quite a bit of paint. Closet doors stick

Beautiful apartments! Everything is maintained super clean!!! Very welcoming and safe environment, especially with kids. I spoke with Joselyn in the front office, she was very informative on everything I needed to know. She made my experience great. Will definitely recommend to people in our town looking for affordable housing.

Wish I could give 0 stars as the management is absolutely horrible!! They have hidden fees when it comes to new applicants. They blame every mistake on previous workers and not for their own mistakes. The application process took over two months for them to verify my income. When it came to choosing the apartment, they were completely unorganized and told me nothing was available for 6+ months and the next day called me telling me I had to move in next week or they wouldn't hold the unit for me. They changed the rent price 3 times and changed the move in date 3 times. This place has caused nothing

Wish I could give zero stars very sneaky claim fees are refundable but at the last second tell you it's not both application fees and holding fees (over 400)) Brianna and rest of staff had horrible attitude and put me on hold in the middle of asking a question. Happy to never deal with the stuck up staff members again

Not worth the hassle or the 1600+ a month.
Everything is range except the obvious electric bill
Cheap carpets, and laminate flooring that’s lifts up constantly... in every room but the front entrance(3x3ft section)
Doors aren’t properly sealed
My vehicle was dented three times.. twice by their contractors
Bathrooms counters were damaged when we moved in and the unit smelled of mold and we found out from maintenance that it’s due to flood damage because of poor plumbing.
If they think a hurricane is going to hit

Moved here 6 years ago and love it. Every one is so pleasant. The Maintenance men are great. If you need something fixed they are there ASAP. The Girls in the office are so wonderful and will help with anything. I love how they keep everything so clean. The pool and grounds are perfect. I'm single and feel very safe. Don't hesitate to come live here. The location is the best.

APPLICANT BEWARE! The application indicates your deposits are "nonrefundable under any circumstances", even if you are unable to rent a unit or not. They don't care.Once you electronically sign that application and can't move in because they are not making a unit available for you, doesn't matter, you're not getting that money back. And this company turns this over to collections, Concord Rents/Management (their reviews are poor), even if your credit card company returns your funds to you. They pursue collections tenaciously, endlessly. APPLICANT BEWARE! You about to lose your money!

Price of the units! They are no longer an affordable housing company and have switched to market rent! The advertisement clearly states $713 for a one bedroom available now and of course directs you through a link to their site. Once you enter your information and credit card number you’re locked in! They charge $89 for background and credit checks, which is fine if the advertisement isn’t deceiving in regard to the cost of rent and availability. I was reimbursed my deposit but not the fees.
