My air conditioner has been broken since the first week in August. Today, August 25, I have been told it will be another 3 to 4 MORE weeks until it is fixed. If this is the kind of service you find acceptable, please apply here!

I posted a review the first day I walked into the office and now that I received the keys I would like to post a second review for the ladies in the office. The assistant manager Lisa was very thorough and worked very hard to get all the required documents needed to get me in. She ensure that the apartment was clean and ready for move-in before any money was given she has very professional and deserves to be recognized. The property manager I forgot her name but she was a very sweet lady and you could tell that she cares about the residence and the quality of the year apartment complex. Moving

This place is honestly the worst, the service in the front office is terrible they are all rude if you don’t like working with people don’t work there at all. The apartment we were in was infested with roaches it was really bad, there was a rat as well, this was a horrible experience wouldn't recommend this. Our AC broke like 5 times and they just do the same thing, kids would be outside smoking weed and the whole apartment will smell, the cars were getting scratched up and the bathrooms were full of mold !! They send you letter for the tiniest things possible just horrible apartments to live

I submitted the info for the wait-list in January of last year. No phone call and was removed from the list. I resubmitted the info at the end November 2020. Checked back in early January and was removed from the list... Again... with zero explanation. I've submitted a 3rd time, back to the bottom of the list and now my lease is ending at the end of April. I understand that affordable housing is difficult to find, but following the rules , submitting the info and still being bypassed makes it harder. Then to make matters worse, they are posting on Facebook that there's 5 3 bedroom apartments available

I was there today and the staff in the front office were incredible. Lisa is a very nice professional lady. The place needs a little paint, but it’s a quiet safe place.

I am currently a tenant. I rent a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. I have a second story apartment and my toilet has been broken for three days they refuse to answer the phone so I can’t get maintenance to come out. My daughter and I are having to go to the gas station to use the bathroom. I have left 6 nice messages and emailed but still no response. I don’t know what to do.

I just gave a deposit of 1513 for a 3 bdm & let me say I am not moving into this apartment. I have not stayed 1 day or night because aa soon as I signed the lease & go check the apartment theres a bunch of roaches dead ones & live baby ones which definitely means the house is infested the bathrooms are all molded & warped there's no light fixtures in the bedrooms theres a swamp right out the back door & I have 4 kids all babies.. No railings on the downstairs porch at all. The stove is disgusting & the showers oh let me not get on... This place has to be for drug addicts cause it's definitely not

This place is absolutely terrible. I haven’t lived there for years yet for some reason I am getting hit with a collection notice. When I did live there it was terrible and while they were going through new management they lost my lease several times, so this is gonna be fun to deal with. I absolutely do not suggest moving here. It’s not worth how cheap it is to keep getting dragged through situations like this.

Staff is SO rude! When we were filling out our application the lady kept talking to me like I was stupid when she couldn’t even understand her own paperwork and look at the papers i give her. Then she “loses” our papers and we have to go back and do it all over again. I put up with her being rude because we need a place to live. The staff never answers their phones or call you back so we had to show up at the office for them to answer us. Then they deny us because they combined our credit and mine was brought down even though I’m the only one with income so mine is the only one that should’ve

I HAVE BEEN ON THE WAITING LIST FOR LIKE 3 MONTHS. I GET 1 VOICEMAIL FROM MRS. FRANCIS AT 4:45PM STATING SINCE I DID NOT CALL BACK BY 1:30 THAT SHE HAVE TO MOVE ON TO THE NEXT PERSON ON THE LIST. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL INFORMING ME TO CALL BACK BY 1:30. I CALLED HER BACK TO INFORMED HER THAT I NEVER RECEIVED A VOICE MESSAGE INFORMING ME TO CALL BACK BEFORE 1:30 NOR DID I HAVE A MISS CALL. SHE BASICALLY INFORMED ME THAT I WAS OUT OF LUCK AND CAN CHOOSE TO GO BACK ON THE WAITING LIST. THEN SHE CALL ME BACK SAME DAY AT 5:30 STATING SHE WILL HAVE AN APARTMENT IN JUNE. I SAID YES THEN SHE INFORMED
