Services
Call our office at (702) 894-4405 and speak with one of our leasing agents in order to set up an appointment to view your new home. All documents such as Proof of Income, Photo ID, and application fee must be submitted before your application can be processed. Once approved, you will sign your "Deposit to Hold" which will entail all move in fee's/charges.
Applicants must have current and verifiable employment of at least 6 months. Applicant to provide verification from employer or copies of pay stubs of at least the past 30 days from time of application. Self employed applicants must provide the previous year tax statements in addition to the 3 latest month's bank statements.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Scheduled a viewing and confirmed by text from the company. No one showed up and when calling to follow up all calls went straight to voicemail. I attempted to give this company an opportunity even after reviewing these horrible reviews and well, they were correct.

I have not had any issues with Total Property Management, I took the lease over from my mom and she said it was dirty when she moved in but the property management gave her several different solutions, including having someone clean the apartment and have it ready less then a week later. There have been 0 signs of Bedbug, or Worm infestation and between my mother and I we've have been here for over 2 years. Hello, I applied to a homes through this establishment they denied me for no just
cause infect they could not tell me why I was denied and when I asked they said appfoilo were they third party though was the cause of my denial, however when I spoke to them they advised that they were not and that tall property management was. I called back and they became very aggressive and agurmentavie I had no idea customers were treated in this regard. I was denied for no just cause as well as my ethnicity if you are not latino or of Hispanic descent you will not be approved

This house was turned over in a lazy condition. Pets lived in the house that they could not get it properly cleaned. That's just the beginning, house appliances are broken and still have not been fixed/replaced. Still without a washer. And they have the nerve to charge me for their mistakes/ carelessness. I understand the money it takes to rent a property I'm from a state that's much more to maintain financially, money is not an issue, I paid my part and this property management company let's their properties root and expect you to pay/ take it with no lube. Pass up on this

If I could give Total Property Management a ZERO I would. I just moved in and the place is trashed. After being told for the past 3 weeks the property would be cleaned up before I moved in I had to clean up the property while moving in. I had to call and see if I was approved for the house. They said yeah you were approved a couple days ago. I was told by Gabby that I would get the lease to sign 2 days before I moved in. I had to call multiple times and practically beg to get the lease. I did not get the lease until a couple of hours before moving. I had to ask for the key multiple times They also

I've lived here for 4 years ive tried to get the owner to call me back over 1 specific thing for OVER A YEAR. I can hardly ever get anybody to answer the phone their voicemail boxes have been full for over 2 years now. and it's been a never ending nightmare. They NEVER answer the phone. Unless its maintenance then you MIGHT get an answer. The maintenance service is a joke they do quick fix jobs with duct tape half the time and thats the most you will get. The outside is so run down to match the insides. They dont care about their tenants what so ever I'm trying to move after this year I ALWAYS

I have rented my house for 4 years. The office staff used to be amazing. Since January 2020, it has gone downhill! I would not recommend anyone renting with them. I have had so many issues with them. Very unprofessional, they do not follow the law and they charge all these extra fees for water overages. The house has been vacant for a month, HOW am I over the water? 3 years I was never over, but now that I moved out I am over? Very unethical place. DO NOT RENT HERE

Love my house and pool! Very, very happy here. Had to put in a work order for the a/c, went to sleep and they were at my door at 8:15 am the next day. I did not expect it to be that quick and was shocked. I pay my rent on line through Appfolio and it is easy to use as well as easy to submit work order. I don't plan on moving anytime soon!

Let's start from the beginning. House was posted for rent, and we went to see it. A few other couples were there also. The house was TRASHED. Fast food items on the floor, spilled drinks on the floor, spider webs, dead insects, children's writing on the walls, beyond dirty carpet. We were told the house needed to be cleaned before tenants can move in. Shouldn't the home ALREADY be cleaned if they are posting it for rent? Common complaint from other reviews. Horrible. When I moved in the place wasn't cleaned. I was told it was due to a holiday and they would come next week. They never did and I was later told I shouldn't have moved in but I had to pay the deposit before I got keys so I was stuck. I lived there 4 years. I just got an itemized bill for some items I am responsible for but the majority where already damaged when I moved in. I had my own carpet shampooer and they are saying they had to clean my carpets, paint and other basic items. They don't answer the phone and you can never leave a message because their VM is full. If I could give this place no stars I would with no hesitation!! The management team at this company are very unprofessional, disrespectful. As soon as you walkout they go and talk about you amongst themselves because let me tell you they're all bffs who go drink on their lunch break to celebrate birthday's. They are quick to ask for big deposits for properties! So when you move out they could rehab the place with YOUR money so they could continue to make money with the next tenants. I love this property management company! I have been renting from them for 3 years. I plan to keep renting from them until it is time for me to buy again. They have employees who care about the property. I love the place I rent and my neighbors are wonderful. The staff is amazing. I work with BRE and MIRIAM when I need help. These two make it so easy to be a renter. When it came time to move or renew my lease I chose to renew because I already trusted this property management company.

This company was shady from the beginning... I should have trusted my judgment but instead they wasted my time for over a week when i needed to find a place to move by the 1st of August. Apparently the place I applied for would have been mine if my agent would have done his job and called me to tell me they needed a document from me... so I looked like I was being negligent but really it was him and now they gave the place to someone else and now me and my family have 10 days to find a new place

ZERO STARS!! We’ve been renting from this company for the last four years and it’s been the worst company I’ve EVER dealt with. It’s been such a nightmare I don't even know where to begin! We found the house we currently live in on Zillow in 2016 and messaged the realtor for a showing. She would tell us one day we could meet then later that day write us saying the people living there had another 30 days. Laura showed us a property and I couldn't be happier with her professionalism! She answered all our questions and took the time to make note of some repairs that are needed for the property and pics and ensured they would be addressed and fixed prior to our selected move in date. If there was an option for no stars they would for sure receive that. I have been dealing with this company for a few years, unfortunately I work a lot and it is inconvenient for me to move. I assure you that will change after my current lease. It is ALWAYS something with this company, from sending the lease late, to not processing maintenance requests in a timely manner, to hidden expenses. When asking to speak with a manager or someone other than the receptionist, they are always out of the office and never get back to you. I have never dealt with a property management company before, but none the less this company has been extraordinary. Nikki was my first contact for this property and she has been awesome. From our first contact she made every effort to not only help me secure this property but to follow up and ensure that things that needed to be fixed were being fixed. So far they have replaced the roof, dishwasher , & refrigerator, all it took was a check up on our requests, then done. ( thank you again Nikki). I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Nikki , TPM , their professionalism

We were supposed to look at it one evening, and the agent completely quit responding to us. She never showed up to the property. About a half an hour after our appointment she emailed me that she had a family emergency. Things happen, I understand. She could have arranged for someone else

Saddens me that there are such horrible reviews about this place from people that seem toned out...
I have used them several times. For me. For my parents. For other family members and friends. The girls in the office are courteous and respectful they try to be so helpful to everyone.
I have personally walked in to introduce myself and my family to show our interests and I've also introduced there next potential clients... The manager I believe her name is Naomi has gone the extra mile above and beyond to try

I will start by saying I wish I could leave 0 stars! I took time off of work to go and see a property to wait a half hour and no leasing agent arrived. When I finally reached the office I was advised the unit had been rented! NOT ONE SINGLE COURTESY CALL TO CANCEL MY APPT!! My mother is a current tenant for one of the properties and the customer service from the accounting department is a NIGHTMARE IE: Rude, yell, unprofesh to the max. When my mother completes her lease I assure you I would not refer a dog to rent from TPM. My personal opinion of Bre in the the accounting office is she needs not

Company has never been good with paying their bills or responding. Working with Celeste was a joke. They have recently hired new office staff so I have high hopes they can turn it around, but not satisfied with our prior communications/interactions. Thought for the longest time that TPM stood for TERRIBLE Property Management.

1 star is too much, we loved a house we saw and that is the only reason we went with this company. It has been a horror story since day 1. They will not call you back or repair any issues unless you tell them you are ending the lease. you will have to call rebekah 100 times to get a response and you have to continuously follow up day after day- weve have a broken washer the past 2 months. mold in fridge that took 2 weeks just to get cleaned out. the problems are endless. Please please do not come here. there are plenty of other beautiful homes in las vegas to rent.
