Call this my home for now. It’s resort style living. Very well landscaped and private. My unit is on the first floor with an attached garage. The grounds are beautiful. Pool, fitness center and car wash bay. Washer & Dryer hook ups. Luxury living. Also gated community. Maintenance staff is on hand with a just a phone call.

RENTER BEWARE - The reason for our 1 star review is because of what transpired after we left the apartment facility after living there for 2 years.
6 months after leaving the apartments we received a notice in the mail saying that we were in collections via the apartment complex.
We never received any such notification of this due amount. In fact we emailed the front desk (this was during COVID so they were not in office) and asked how much was due. We paid the amount they gave us and returned the keys. We provided our new mailing address and was as confirmed our email and phone numbers.

I moved out of waterstone apartments April 30 2020. I requested info on how to make final payment before turning in keys. I was directed to pay remaining fees on the online site I have used every month. I paid all fees before turning in keys. Yesterday I received a collections notice for termination. I was never once called, emailed or mailed a bill. Apparently you are automatically sent to collections for a bill they did not provide at move out. I take my credit very seriously and never have been late on the almost 3 years living here. The manager never got on the phone to speak with me . Very

I've been here for a 1yr and a half almost and idk if I can even begin to express how much I loved it here,
I've lived in just about every apart in buford and these are by far the nicest,quietest,cleanest, and SAFEST community.
Staff was always helpful and friendly never really noticed the gate being broken but maybe once which I mean it happens not their fault
If I didn't buy a house this is where I'd live until I did,
If you're in the market for new place to rent please atleast stop by you won't be disappointed

I lived here for exactly two years. The staff was amazing the entire time. From the first time we toured the apartments, to when we turned the keys in.
The location is perfect. It is close to major highways and the mall of georgia but also secluded enough where you never hear any traffic noise.
The apartments are clean and very well maintained. They are constantly cleaning the hallways outside of the apartments. The valet trash service is also very efficient. If there was ever an issue, the team would be right on fixing it.
I recommend anyone looking for an apartment to look here.

I have no idea where all the bad reviews came from! I’ve lived here almost 2 years. I’ve jumped around apartment complexes and locations since I was 18. If you’re a first timer renter in Buford and you want a nice and actually affordable place to live this is it! I couldn’t ask for a better place. It’s safe and quite. The office has helped me and worked with me when I needed it. I put in a maintenance request one day and sometimes they actually show up that same day. It’s gated which is a big plus. Been a resident 2 years now, the complex is probably the best in Buford. Property and units are well maintained and newer and the office staff is helpful. The few times I have needed maintenance it has been done quickly and correctly. My neighbors are very nice and my building is quiet. Neighborhood is safe, lots of families, couples, kids that play in the open spaces and always people walking dogs. It also benefits from being secluded, no one without a purpose is there loitering. Would definitely recommend if you are looking around in the area.
