I honestly can’t complain about living here. I’m finishing up my 2nd year going into 10 more months because I need to move to a house afterwards. The staff is amazing. Only got upset with them once when they were rushing me to pay rent but it was out of my control because a non profit was helping me due to covid. Come to find out they were waiting on leasing office to pick up my payment but the communication lacked. Other than that I am enjoying my stay here, my neighbors. The constant upkeep to maintain the beauty of this neighborhood. Out of all the apartments I stayed in which was 4, this

I'd give zero stars if it was possible.
1. Move in, the apartment was so dirty. Paint peeling from the kitchen cabinets, baseboards were so gross and brown. Roaches coming out from under the kitchen cabinets. I had to clean and clean just to be able to feel comfortable walking around in this place.
2. The amenities that are there are completely un accessible. You have to have a key card, however the key card system has been down for about 3-4 months. So don't plan on being able to use the gym or anything else that requires a key card.
3.It's impossible to reach any office staff.

This place is not the same. Staff is rude, Wendy hung up on me, in the middle of asking a question. I am paying 1400.00 for my ONE bedroom apt. Thats way too much. They used to keep the breezeways nice and clean. That doesn't happen anymore. This new staff, does not care. You never talk to the property manager. She always pass messages through her staff. I used to love it out here. Not anymore. When the cleaning people clean apt, they blast music, like its a party going on. If im going to pay this much for rent, I need peace and respect.

I really like what the new staff is doing with the apartments. I have been a resident here for close to 4 years now and they come in and started upgrading and modernizing everything. Kennedy is so nice and she set up a food truck Thursday for the month of April and I have to say I’ve enjoyed that so much! I hope they continue with the food trucks and the snow cone one when it gets hot out. Thanks for making our place nice and being so hopeful when I call with a request.

Drug Dealers ( check photos for proof). Mold. Maintenance Issues that will cause Health Issues (I was told I needed to know the schedule to change my air filter, and my wife cut her arm on a sharp edge of a shelf from the closet, photos). Overcharging with no significant reason. I've lived here for 2 years. Do no move here under any circumstances -- there are cheaper and better. Check photos of everything as proof - glass being left in street for days -- the workers don't care. They'd rather go in and out of their house and shop for groceries than keep your apartment kept up. Nasty Hallways --
