No parking spots open, no resident passes so guests will take all the spots. Coming home after 5 means parking on the other side of the neighborhood OR risking your car getting towed. They will cover your car in stickers threatening you for parking on the curb. They will also put stickers on your car letting you know your tag is expired! Glad to see they are so focused on 1 day expired tags. We moved in and had a broken disposal, broken dishwasher, took them about a week to come out and see it. The first maintenance guy that came out told the others that our sink was "clogged" and that he needed

I have moved here recently and I absolutely love it. Nice office staff, amazing amenities, fast maintenance service, very clean, wonderful upgrades, great floor plans, feels safe and quiet.
Israel is absolutely fantastic! She is very friendly, professional, and always ready to help!
If someone complaining about bugs, lol guys you should try to live in your own house then. I was living in my houses my whole life and I couldn’t go a day without finding a bug or even several bugs inside the house, or snakes in my backyard, sometimes a few snakes. After I moved here I still didn’t found even

Janelle the community manager is very rude. When expressing my concern she got an attitude, and laughed at my concern. Wouldn’t recommend one moving here. Sent in videos to the courtesy officer and she once again brushed off my concern. I’m now having to try to reach out to corporate because the office staff is terrible here.

Majority of my time here has been enjoyable, but there have been a few issues. Main one is due to some of the staff in the front office. Primarily one woman who is completely rude no matter what you call or visit for. One time she rudely insisted a package of mine had not been delivered to the front office even though tracking showed it had. I stepped out to call UPS who also said it was delivered there and went back in to ask someone else who was able to find my package that was delivered there with no issues. Most recently I called to verify where to park my car with the asphalt repacking project
