I’ve lived here about two years and I don’t have any major complaints. Any issues I’ve had, were resolved in a reasonable timeframe and the office staff were helpful on more than one occasion. The very few times I’ve had to speak to Lee, the manager, she was very pleasant, she listened, she explained the policy without being condescending and the matter was worked out. The office as a whole has great customer service which is important to me because even though they can’t control everything that happens at the complex, as a resident it makes me feel comfortable knowing that I can reach

I do not live here YET but I recently toured and wanted to share my experience about the staff and the community. I did not have an appointment and even though the property manager Lee was in the middle of something, she made it a point to stop what she was doing and took me on a tour. The community is lovely and well kept. Lee was very informative and friendly and it didn't feel rushed at all. She was very sweet and made me feel like I was already apart of the community. I met the rest of her staff on my way out. Lovely friendly ladies. I look forward to becoming a resident here.

This place was amazing when I first moved in when it was highlands. It has since gone straight down the toilet. The gates are always broken which causes no parking on the weekends. The amenities are constantly broken or vandalized and they refuse to put cameras up. You would think that they would have money for such things being that my rent went up $200 in one year. Trash is a constant problem. The worst part is the office staff. Everytime I have a problem its always a argument. When I renewed, which I regret, I had to fill out a lease 3 separate times because they lost it, or the date was wrong

I love it here! I have been a resident for a year and a half and I couldn’t be more satisfied! The staff is great and on top of things! Amanda and timetra and Stephanie are extremely professional, friendly and always eager to help! The property and amenities are well kept up and they complete work orders promptly! Had a great experience moving in. Timetra was absolutely great with helping me get approved, right up until move in. She’s so professional and friendly. She stayed late one day so I could finish all my leasing paperwork, and did it with pleasure. Stephanie and Dustin have also been fantastic! I love the valet trash pick up, and the Amazon hub is awesome! Carpet was brand new. Apartment was clean, but I’m a clean freak, so I did clean over, before moving in. Great experience so far!

The gate remains broken and has been for several months, occasionally being fixed for a week here or there. Rent increased 15% from one year to the next, twice the national average. The local office makes no negotiations, scapegoating corporate. Trash is an ongoing issue with 2 dumpster fires occurring since my last review. Several outside lights flicker on and off throughout the night. Piles of ash and coal have been left by grills for months. No information ever went out for the community grow boxes. The apartment complex is beautiful, but the staff here is not so great. It took over a month to replace my microwave and then when it was replaced, it sat outside my apartment door for over a month. Now my stove top is not working and I am curious to see how long it is going to take to properly fix that. The office staff rarely answers their phone. You pretty much have to walk up there to talk to someone. They are increasing the rent by $230, but yet fail to provide what their tenants need.
