I repeatedly had issues with insects. I had ants take over my bathroom and pantry. I have had to throw food away on multiple occasions. When I first moved in, there was an issue with millipedes when my baby was newborn. They were everywhere, all the time for months. Next it was waterbugs and that was blamed on me living near trees and construction. I had NEVER had this issue at any other place I resided in the past.

I moved from California to Georgia 4 years ago and in the beginning it was hard for me to decide where to get settled. Checked few places and didn’t like any of them: either very close to roads or not satisfying conditions. Finally, I found Summer Park Apartments Complex. Checked at once, and loved forever.

I have lived at summer Park apartments for 5 years. I can honestly say I have no complaints. Maintenance will fix issues in a quick time frame. The staff has an open door policy. You live within minutes of SO much (neighbors to The Exchange at Gwinnett and half a mile from Mall if a Georgia) yet you're tucked out of the way in a cozy corner of the block. The apartments are spacious with landscaped views from any window. Highly recommend.

For the past few weekends that I visited my friend at bldg 5, there have been HUGE cobwebs along with large spiders occupying them blocking the entrance. People who happen to be taller need to duck their heads to get by. Just yesterday noticed another large spider web on the second level. I'm not sure how routine maintenance works here but that's not very appealing.

DON’T MOVE HERE!!!!... I lived here for 3 years. The upgrades are cheaply done, the windows sweat so much you will have puddles of water in your window ceils every morning and they will tell you to keep wiping it out. Because of all the water mold begans to grow. When I moved out they kept my security deposit and said I left mold on the windows. 11/14 2020

My boyfriend and I lived in the same unit at summer park since March 2015 (so FIVE leases/years) and it was our first apartment ever. We just recently moved out as we were finally blessed enough to get a house. Management has ALWAYS been nothing but helpful and on top of any concerns you bring to their attention. All maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner, as well as them maintenance team being very respectful and friendly (they have a lot to handle, so I was always respectful and kind, so I am sure that had a part). I am shocked at the low ratings people have given this place. My wife and I recently renewed our lease after being here for almost a year, we've never had any issues, our neighbors are quiet, the property is beautiful, clean and well maintained. While my interactions with the front office staff have been mostly limited to picking up packages, I've never had any issues and have found them to be nothing but friendly and helpful. We love our apartment and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to someone searching for an apartment.

I have lived here close to 3 years and just signed up to transfer to a 3 bedroom in the summer. Honestly, other than some minor issues with upstairs neighbors walking loudly and things like that, I have been very happy living here. Safety has never been a problem, in fact there are several officers who live in the complex and I'm sure they have researched the safety data prior to moving there thoroughly! Prior to signing new lease a few days ago, I did a comparison with 4-5 different apartment complexes in the area and Summer Park had much better prices, amenities, and leasing agent friendliness
