DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! I have lived here for 13 months and I have to say we have had multiple issues since the first day we moved in. We moved in on the bottom floor last July the week right after the flood, they told me the carpets where wet because "they where just cleaned" (they where wet until September) a week after we moved in they came by to "check to make sure the wall by the patio wasn't wet " I told them I was told that there was no flooding( there ideal of standard flooding is 5 feet or more of water). Fast forward a couple weeks when they came in with a construction team to take out

The management will take your rent then ask for more like they never received it and the construction crew they hired to do the siding on the apartment buildings will wake you up every morning at 6 am with loud music and banging on the walls... Enough said. They don't care about their Tennant's. They should be sued until they go out of buisness.

I used to live here few years ago when it was a sweet quiet home. Its now noisy with some rousy neighbors who plays music throughout the night. We've called police more than 3 times and nothing happens. Management doesn't see to care. Am contemplating to move. I have heard 4people complaining about noise and management ain't doing nothing. Before, these apartments used to be awesome. Now, it's like ghetto!

Love Google. Stayed in this place when it was Patricia Court Apts, but I see the more things change, the more it stays the same. Old appliances. Maintenance? GLWT. A hole in the wall to serve as cooling in summer and to freeze you in winter. Patio doors that let snow drift into the living room area for that "indoor/outdoor" ambience. Paper-thin walls, so you have the pleasure of sharing your neighbors love of television or music. Shared washer/dryers, so if your neighbors wash pet accessories, expect to have that doggy-fresh scent on your clothing, too. I had no pets, and I cleaned on move-out

I originally would have said that this place wasn't too bad to live in but I ended up staying there for 2 years due to divorce and rebuilding my life/income. But! After having moved out and receiving a check-out list with charges over and beyond my deposit (over $600) I would not recommend to ANYONE living there. I'm so upset over this, and for me to have even been nice to them...they just run you over and take advantage of your niceness or maybe I'm just a pushover. I gave grace in so many circumstances when, now, I should've been more firm and demanding. I wanted to leave but was unable to for

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! We lived there for 5 years and in that time we had so many things go wrong. We had bed bugs (which we had to treat ourselves), we had roaches several times, we had sinks that were backed up for days, a pipe burst in our kitchen...and that is only a few things that happened during our stay there. The manager at Parkway is rude, loud, and blames everything on the owner of the place. If there's an issue, that's who she blames. They have you sign a one year lease and then they rent month to month after that, they wouldn't let us sign a new lease. When they gave us the notice that
