Safe neighborhood, decent distance to local stores and clean complex. Management not very clear on notifications for rent increases. Many fees to be had at every corner of Interaction with Timberland Apartments.

Yessi, the rental agent, was very friendly and helpful at every step of the rental process, from visiting the property to signing the lease. It's my son's first apartment, and thanks to Yessi, I feel great about it.

The management of these apartments are absolutely amazing and so understanding of disabilities and specific circumstances! Especially Yesi, she is amazing to talk to and always helps with any questions and concerns I have!

I have lived here for about 3 years and I must say I'm very happy with my experience living here. My apartment building is always clean on the inside and outside, pool is always clean and fun to enjoy. Lawn care and snow removal is always done at a timely manner. Management here does an excellent job listening to their tenants in a professional way and take care of any matter that needs to be addressed in a timely matter.

My time at timberland at Meredith was pleasant due to the professionalism of the entire management staff. The staff were very welcoming, and friendly. The positive and caring mentality of the management staff reflected off of the maintenance crew, because they showed whenever I encountered one. They were respectful, and fun to talk to and be around. Timberland at Meredith is a great place to live for a singles, family, and or young professional. They will make you feel like part of the family, as they did to me.

Bobbi is an amazing land lord. Ever since she has taken over, things have really smoothed out! She is caring, efficient, respectful, and professional. The whole maintenance crew as well! Whenever I have an issue, they are over right away to handle it, and are very easy to talk to. I’ve lived here for 3 years, almost 4. I’ve become attached to this place enough to call it home. No apartment is perfect, but mine is perfectly imperfect.

Bobbi has been such a great help to me. My sister has lived at Timberland for 20 years and has some mental and physical limitations. Bobbi is the best manager I have ever dealt with.
