Possibly the worst lease I ever signed. These are the type of people that posted threatening letters on everyone's door that we better keep paying rent or else....right when Covid first hit, and I'm 100% caught up on all my payments. They come up with random, invasive reasons to enter your unit, and Try to fine you if you have much of anything on your deck. Just all around stingy, money grubbing people that treat their tenants like an inconvenience, not a customer. If you are looking for a unit I would recommend anywhere else over this place.

The apartment is dirty, the kids break everything, I called the office several times to find out about the lease and no one answered, they don't care about anything. If your apartment isn't under water they won't do anything for 6 weeks at least! They raised the rent about 100 or 200 a month! If im gonna pay about 900 plus water I'd rather live on the street!! Definitely not worth it. The kids always leave the door open so a possum got in! My 3 year old thought it was a cat and wanted to pet it! These apartments are gross and not worth even 100 a month

At one time this was a quiet place that was worth residing at. It is now riddled with garbage on a daily basis. With parents that let their children not only trash the apartments they live in but also the buildings inside and outside. Calls to management (including Hubbell) go unanswered with no response or results. Urbandale police department don’t even want to respond. Children urinating on the playground. Loud, rude, destructive, & disruptive!!! Meeting with an attorney to get out of my lease and out of this bs.

Parking facility worst. Parking not clean properly. Laundry machines not working. Old machines for laundry. No microwave. Initially they provided garbage disposal (kitchen crusher) insink, after few weeks its stop working. Then when I ask to repair they remove totally. Doors are too bad. Not able to lock my rooms door. They just have one A.C. in living area and it’s not working properly. When you call for damage things which is already in the appartment they will come after 2 weeks to repair. When you start living here you will find lot of problems in the house. Not recommended. Old machines

Decent overall place to live at, never had a problem with maintenance quickly fixing the things we need and I dont feel like I need to look over my shoulder when heading out. However, the lease states that smoking isn't allowed and yet I can constantly smell it when windows are open and can no longer go outside without having to pass someone smoking. We have complained twice about one person in particular and its still an issue.

Water rotten cabinet under the sink hasnt been fixed for years, fire doors are cracked and the handles busted. All common areas are dirty, old laundry rooms. Outside security doors don't work and must be proped open. Cops called almost every night. THEY DON'T ALLOW GRILLS! Theyll fine you for anything but wont live up to their end of the lease and will raise your rent. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

I have lived here for two years and I will not sign another lease. They follow through with nothing that needs fixed or any issues with in the complex. I have had sewage come up from my shower and flood my bathroom. I have had water pouring from my bathroom ceiling from my upstairs neighbors, in which they cut a hole in my bathroom ceiling 5 months ago and the hole is still there. Pipes exposed and all. And not to mention the roaches that I had in my apartment when I moved in! That only took them a year to get rid of them. They don’t care of the conditions you have to live in but you better pay
